After a water damage on three levels in our home, and obtaining multiple bids from a number of contractors, we were lucky to find Top Tier Contracting. Top Tier is a family owned and operated business and it shows.

The experience from start to finish was positive. The team demonstrated professionalism during the initial assessment and throughout the project. They were prompt, efficient, and courteous throughout the job, showing respect for the home and belongings.

They are extremely easy to communicate with and do not mind the homeowner asking questions. They completed the job in a timely manner.

We are grateful for their dedication to restoring the home to its original condition. You can't tell there was damage to our floors, walls, or ceilings.

My basement was finished and flooded about 2-3" when the main water line burst. Having State Farm Insurance they provide a list of authorized companies to work with. I chose Top Tier and I am glad I did. They were a pleasure to work with. The quality of work was excellent and they finished in a reasonable timeline as promised. Hopefully I won't have another issue with flooding, but if I do...I would definitely use Top Tier again...without question.
