He also came to take care of damage to our beautiful new gutters done by another company doing trim work. I have been quite happy with Caleb. I had the Hardy Plank siding on the north side of my home start to fail after 30 years in the weather. Top Stream gave me a fair price for a full tear off and repair of the areas where some water had gotten behind the siding. The team was professional and their work was professional. They cleaned up after themselves and left the job site as they found it. Communications was excellent and I was always aware of when the work would be completed.

So this was the first time I use this company... Let me tell you... Awesome customer service... Incredible repair to our gutters... With a fair price... The two young fellas that came out were super friendly helpful knowledgeable courteous respectful and hard-working... I highly recommend this company to anyone....

We called caleb on a monday afternoon to inquire about getting a quote for gutters and by wednesday morning he was out giving us one! he was super professional and personable, didn’t make us feel as if he was trying to sell us the more expensive kind. we decided to go with him due to that and it being locally owed and he was able to schedule us less than a week out. our gutters look absolutely amazing, he color matched them to our house almost identically, the color was wicker, and you can barely notice them! we highly recommend caleb and his company!

They did a fantastic job putting gutters on my house. Caleb Howard came out to my house and gave me an amazing price for whole house gutters. We scheduled for a date and his guys arrive on that date and got the job done. As they were finishing up my wife came home and had a few adjustments and they accommodated it without an issue. Caleb and his crew at Top Stream did a great job replacing our metal trim in our home's exterior. They discovered some rotten wood behind the siding and were quick to replace it with synthetic material to avoid future rot. The final appearance was stellar too

The business Topstream used my personal driveway & property to carry their equipment for a job for my next door neighbor. They were careless to block my entire driveway where they also cut metal gutters at the entrance to my driveway with lots of sharp there to puncture tires and also under mailbox. They did this at my expense for the neighbors they gave business too. All that should have occurred in the driveway & property of their client. I was NOT impressed. This is poor business etiquette. Brought that to the attention of manager on sight denied being on my property & blocking, and squashed that because it’s on camera. I informed the neighbor of their business behavior. TOPSTREAM needs to stay off other people’s property to get their job done. Would have considered their services but they demonstrate careless action toward customer service

This company installed new gutters on my home with steel mesh gutter covers. I am very happy with the craftsmanship on the work they did. The gutters are all generously angled with clean edges, and the facia panels they replaced and painted are blended in perfectly. The job was done very quickly, a day and a half. The price was also the lowest I found... substantially lower than the bigger gutter companies.

The problem I did have with them was that they left dozens of nails from removing the previous gutter system strewn all over my yard. Fortunately, when my wife stepped on one, it didn't go through her shoe (Go Birkenstocks!!) and that alerted us to the issue before I started slinging 8-inch gutter spikes with my lawnmower.

I reached out to the company to address the issue on a Friday evening, but they didn't give a timeline to remedy the situation until Sunday morning (coming in first-thing Monday to clean up) so I borrowed a drag magnet and combed my yard for four hours so my toddler could play outside again. (See photo for the full collection) I can't blame every single nail on the company, and a nail or two is understandable, but there were 20 8-inch spikes alone carelessly left behind. Most of the other misc. nails were located in or around the gutter slop piles.

They also left the gutter contents everywhere, including our plant beds, and accented it with a small pile of attic insulation.

All-in-all, because of the craftsmanship, price point, and the blissful absence of high-pressure sales tactics, I would still use Top Stream Exteriors again. If nothing else, I would have a discussion about expectations and safety ahead of time if we need their services again.

The people working are inexperienced and don't know what they are doing, they power washed the aggregate all off of our sidewalk and driveway. They are careless with their ladders and careless with the work they do. It usually takes someone a day or 2 to have roof shingles replaced but it took them 1 week and 2 days working for 6 hours everyday to do our shingles. They left cigarette butts everywhere and blew loogies on the sidewalks. You can hire them if you want but i am not taking the chance of one of those boys to fall from their ladder and press charges

They Pressure washed our house and fence, and it looks like a brand new fence. The fence looked as if it had not been cleaned in over 5 years and they made it look like it was fully replaced. We have had numerous comments on the work they did and we cannot be happier with how everything turned out. Really great work, by even better people.
