I contacted Top Roofers after a shingle blew off my roof in a storm. It was a small job but they were very responsive and came out to replace the missing shingle the next day. Because I live closeby and being a minor repair they did not charge me for the job! They even did their best to try and match the color as well as fix a piece of trim they discovered was damaged while they were up on the roof. I had no prior allegiance to this company but I will 100% use them in the future. I highly recommend Top Roofers in Newmarket!

Top Roofers just completed a 2nd roofing job for me (both in the past 12 months). I've been super pleased by a.) how responsive they are, b.) the quality of their work and c.) yes, even their pricing. They do it right and they alert you to issues, providing photos and then pause for a discussion of how to proceed.

I've been so pleased with their roofing work that I asked if they do siding work as well. They do - and we've agreed to have them re-side a rental property! The materials are on order and I have every confidence that they'll do an amazing job again.

I needed to have my chimney reflashed after I discovered water damage after a roof replacement about five years ago. All the other roofers I contacted either wanted to replace the entire roof or didn't care enough about the project to call me back. Top Roofers came out right away and reviewed the job. Gave me a very reasonable price, and got to work two weeks later. They took pictures of every step of the process, showing me every aspect of the job as it progressed. After several days of rainfall there is absolutely no water getting in anymore. Very happy with their performance and price.

They did a beautiful job on installing vinyl siding on my house. They removed the old siding and installed the new siding in just a few days. The installation was done to a high degree of craftsmanship. I highly recommend them if you are looking for siding.

I have used Top Roofers to install 4 roofs over the past five years now on investment properties in Newmarket and Somersworth. Last year they traveled to Massachusetts to install a new roof and facia board at my primary residence. Every job came out great and was done really fast. I have also used them for demo and siding projects and the LGT division for masonry repair. Lestan, Pam and Jared are always responsive and pick up their cell phones when I call. They always give the best price!

A panel blew off my metal roof during a storm. Pam of Top Roofers was at my home within a couple of hours of my call. I received a detailed quote that included options. My roof was repaired efficiently. I really had no stress throughout. Good people doing good work for a good price. I would not hesitate for a second to call them again to help me.

Once again, the Top Roofers crew proved to me how they are the best in the business. Weather was a concern, accessibility was an issue, insurance appraisal disconnects had me worried...but Lestan, Jacob and the entire TR team guided me through the process. It wasn't just "another" roof, it was MY roof, and they treated the house and property with the utmost respect. I made the mistake of recommending them to a client of mine and it went terrible. Shortly after hiring Top Roofers to replace the roof, there was a rainstorm and the third floor AND second floor were completely saturated. Jacob called me and apologized and said they were going to “make it right” which has proven to be all talk.

They put on a great show and sales pitch, but once you hire them they just sub out the work to whatever crew will take the job. It’s inconsistent workmanship. You may save a few bucks on the job now, but it will cost you a lot more down the road.

While under contract on 15 Pattee Hill Rd and less than 2 weeks from closing, there was a horrible wind and rain storm that damaged the chimney, flashings, mortar and caused some water damage to the interior ceilings. Not ideal! So I called up the New Hampshire Home Builders Association for a recommendation and they connected me with Top Roofers, LLC who had helped out the Home Builders and Hammers For Veterans NH with a project last year.

Lestan’s team did the full roof in two days. Roof looks great. They are also sanding and repairing all my siding and painting. They are a one stop shop for all exterior needs at great speed and value.

I called Top Roofers because the flashing around my chimney was failing. Water was leaking into the attic and causing damage to the surrounding area. Top Roofers made a prompt inspection, meeting me at the house and got me into there schedule within a few days. We’ve had a few rainstorms since the repair and I haven’t noticed any additional damage.

Top Roofers did an amazing job. We contracted with them to replace two roofs of US military veterans one in Manchester and another in Greenville NH. The crew was on time, courteous, cleaned up the site afterward. They were efficient and did not waste one moment in time. Their price was super competitive and they even donated some of the labor for these low income veterans. I represent Hammers for Veterans. It was especially heart warming when the crew at Top Roofers made sure (on their own) to replace a veteran's roof on Veterans Day. Both veterans cried when their homes were saved by new roofs. The garage/barn is old and built along time ago. Not exactly sure, but town records say 1850's. Not sure if the roof was ever replaced with the exceptions of maybe the shingles. There was a bow on each side of the cupla/roof line that was unsightly and as it turned out the original roof line was actually built that way with the bow. Regardless, Top Roofer's team remove the roofing material and the old "slats" where the bow was unsightly, built up the joist height to match the rest of the roof line and installed new plywood. They also replace all of the molding around the edge of the roof. Bottom line, tough job they did it well and the results looks great. I would highly recommend.

I was more than satisfied with Top Roofers. They arrived on time, and did a great job. They were careful with draping my property, and they were diligent in cleaning up afterwards. What I noticed, particularly, was how well the team worked together. I believe that's very important -- and the finished product reflects that.

These guys did the roof on my garage/addition, and seamlessly tied into an existing roof that had been done a couple years prior. The install was done quickly and the guys were conscious about cleaning up our property afterwards. They even helped to clean up random debris that the builder had left! Would definitely use them again.
