They removed old roofing and installed approximately 3600 square feet of architectural- shingle roofing. I interviewed numerous roofing company and received multiple proposals. Paul, the owner of Top Property Services, personally walked over the roof, taking precise measurements. He discussed the process of removal and installation, showed us various shingle options, and provided a readily understandable written proposal. Paul's crew worked on our home for several days, keeping the worksite as clean as possible. I am very pleased with our new roof. Highly recommended.

Pawel and his crew were fantastic. He came out to inspect property and was very prompt in giving a quote. Once signed, the agreed schedule was kept, and all work done on a timely basis. Fast and efficient all the way through clean up. All my questions and concerns were answered and photos were supplied to illustrate the process from start to finish.
