All Roofs just finished up my roof today -- perfectly done! Replaced old cedar shake with new composite cedar shake. All Roofs fought tirelessly with my insurance company (about 10 months of effort!) to get satisfactory insurance payout. The original offer from insurance covered less than 15% of costs, but All Roofs kept fighting (and even involved a 3rd party adjustor to support the negotiation), increasing the insurance payout to cover the majority of replace costs. About 2.5 long days (6:00am - 9:30pm) of effort to finish the job. All finished now! No complains at all. Perfect communication and job well done. Strongly recommend All Roofs.

We contracted with All Roofs after a severe hail storm in late 2024. My primary contact with All Roofs was Paul Holland. Paul was excellent, helping me with the entire process--damage appraisal, coordination with Insurance company, obtaining insurance approval, and all phases of the replacement. All Roofs' were very efficient in removing all damaged materials--and especially careful to ensure property, shrubs and flower beds were not affected. The clean-up was thorough. I'm very impressed with the quality of work installing the new roof, new wrapping of all window frames, gutters and downspouts and soffit/fascia.

I called three contractors prior and they all gave me different answers. My friend recommended ALL Roofs, to deal with my roof and water issue. Patric came out assessed the situation, was extremely professional and honest. The roof was fixed and so far no leaks!! Fast, reliable and honest.

My roof was put on by ALL ROOFS about 6.5 years ago. I have tried reaching All Roofs numerous times since January to help me with an issue where frost is all over the inside of my attic. Several contractors have told me that I may have a leak or maybe when the roof was put on the ice/rain shield may not have been replaced, etc. No matter how many times I’ve asked for them to call me back and help me with this issue…. I never get a return call. I am a teacher and single parent. No reason to get a roof through this company that includes a warranty, when you can’t get them to come out and help you when you need it. I guess I’ll have to find another company that can help me and will honor their warranty when they give one! I will probably contact an attorney at this point.

Charles and his team did an amazing job of fighting the good fight with my insurance company. The insurance company initially denied the claim but with persistence and being knowledgeable about what was needed, the insurance company eventually paid for the entire roofing project. All Roofs were very professional from start to finish and completed the entire project within 2 days.

I called All Roofs, Inc after a hail storm in February of 2024 to inspect my Mother's roof as she is a bit older and unable to really handle the scope of this. I spoke with Mike Hartley and set up an appointment. Mike arrived on time and did his due diligence up on the roof. I was advised that there was apparent damage from the storm and Mike was a straight shooter from jump street advising of his experience with insurance companies while also informing me of what they tend to look for and where we stood in comparison. There were no empty promises or shady practices. I felt I was given and honest and informative opinion. Unfortunately, the insurance company with whom my Mother had done business for 45 years want as above board. Needless to say the insurance company fought tooth and nail against doing what was right and what they had been paid to do for over four decades. Mike took the time to go over my Mother's policy and explain it to her and I and also explain what options we would have should the insurance company stick to their guns and try not to pay for the repairs/replacement. I had several questions throughout the process and I gotta say Mike went above and beyond often taking my calls on his off time while with his children to explain the steps we would take , what my responsibilities were and how to go about them. Customer service was A+ ! We ended up having to hire a public adjuster which Mike setup for us and cost us nothing in the end. All Roofs, Inc was professional at all times even when the insurance company ladder man changed inspection dates and times multiple times. The representative from All Roofs, Inc had always shown up at agreed upon times and waited almost two hours once for the insurance company's inspector to arrive. All Roofs and especially Mike Hartley went to bat for my Mother as if she were their family and after several insulting offers that quiet honestly defeated the insurance companies own argument it was determined that we would have to follow the appeal process. Once again Mike Hartley set up and explained the process to us putting us at ease . In the end , All Roofs ,Inc fought a good fight and we were able to have the entire roof replaced! Shortly there after Mile arrived at my Mother's home where she picked out shingles , the contract was written up for the replacement and we were told the work would be done within a certain time frame which it was. The roofing crew arrived and worked on the home and cleaned up very well before leaving. The roof looks great and there have been no problems thus far. I was really stressed out as my Mother is older and could not afford to replace her roof which essentially the insurance company wanted her to do offering her $800 and change and refusing to budge on their first offer if not for All Roofs, Mike, and the public adjuster etc. All in all of have to say this company made the process for a first timer like myself very smooth and comfortable. We felt as if they treated us as friends or family. Customer service was excellent! The work was done fast and correctly. I would highly recommend All Roofs,Inc to anyone in need of repair/replacement. Thanks to all of you at All Roofs! An amazing team came to help replace our roof, of which desperately needed some TLC. In just three day they were able to tear down the 4 layers of asphalt shingles to get to the layer of cedar singles underneath. After which they then replaced all the aged material with new plywood and a new layer of fresh shingles.Fast but also great attention to detail and friendly too. These guys were great. Had originally worked with another company, however they couldn’t get my insurance to cover my roof after a hail storm. Friend of mine recommended all roofs. I was recommend to ALL ROOFS INC. through my uncle who had recently had their roof replaced by them through insurance and Patrick Strisovsky from ALL ROOFS INC. is hands down the most pleasant and professional person to deal with start to finish. I had some storm damage which other companies had told me I didn't have a snowballs chance in hell of getting covered, so at first I was a bit sceptical, but within less than 10 minutes of being on the roof, Patrick said, "I can definitely get you covered for a full roof replacement" and in that little amount of time he had numerous photos to back it up. He worked directly with my insurance so I didn't have to & on top of not having to pay a penny, he also didn't ask me for the deductible that my insurance subtracted from the total. He was very quick with responding to my millions of questions through text and even at times when I knew I was bombarding him, he always responded promptly and professionally and he never gave off the vibe that I was bothering him in the slightest. During the install, the crew was early and got straight to work with no hesitation. They were quick and efficient and clean and the house looks great. I definitely will be recommending him and his company going forward and I will use them again in the future for sure.

All Roofs did a great job replacing our roof and gutters which had been damaged by hail, storms and wind. They worked extensively and patiently with our insurance company to ensure that we received a fair settlement. The crew doing the job onsite was very professional and did quality work. Last winter we had an ice dam and water leaking in through our windows. I called All Roofs and Patrick came out the very same day. He said the issue was a combination of needing a new roof and water leaking in under our siding. Patrick and his team at All Roofs met with our insurance company multiple times and were able to get them to cover a new roof and siding. During the whole process we worked with two project managers: Patrick Strisovsky and Peter Matava. Both of them were highly knowledgeable and responded quickly to any questions and concerns we had. Honestly, I’ve never worked with any tradesman who responded so quickly and without any sense of “being bothered”. Their customer service was through the roof (pun intended). The installation crew worked almost nonstop (other than lunch) for two straight days for each project (roof and siding). They were friendly and cleaned up after they were done. I’ll give this company three stars , I haven’t personally used them or ever heard of them but I just wanted to say I got a flyer , I mean FLYERS in my mail box. I appreciate the advertising but please leave one flyer next time . What am I suppose to do with all these flyers? Trash them? It began with a really nice guy knocking on our door. Had to be a scam, right? Not in our case. All Roofs handled everything from dealing with my insurance company. I simply said yes and received a new roof. Also, we had an independent inspector inspect the roof. I shared details of the inspector’s comments, and the next day a crew was here. In my opinion, All Roofs does what they say they will do, and they make it easy in the process. Oh, we worked with Jenn in sales, and she was a strong partner the entire way through.

I got a cold call on my cell phone telling me they are on my block doing inspections and asked me for a appointment. I asked who on my block they are inspecting he said people on my street. (my street is only one block long and I know everyone) After telling the caller I'm on the do not call list he had no response. I hate cold callers and I hate being manipulated into a appointment so they could tell me I have a problem when I don't to sell me a roof.
