My experience with Top Pro Construction, LLC, has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay far away. The level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer service is beyond comprehension.

To start, the response time from this company is horrendous. After reaching out to them for a consultation, I waited several days without any response. When I finally got through, they promised to send someone over to assess my project, but that was just the beginning of the endless frustration.

The company’s communication is almost non-existent. I sent multiple text messages and left several voicemails, none of which were returned. It felt like they had no interest in actually doing the work they promised. On the rare occasion that I did get a response, it was always vague and unhelpful, leaving me in the dark about the status of my project.

Moreover, they have a habit of canceling appointments at the last minute. I took time off work on several occasions only to be informed—sometimes minutes before—that they wouldn’t be able to make it. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of respect for the customer’s time.

The lack of professionalism extended beyond communication. When they finally showed up for an assessment, the contractor was late and seemed disinterested in the job. The initial estimate they provided was suspiciously low, and when I asked for a detailed breakdown, I was met with vague explanations that made me question their credibility.

After reading other reviews, it’s clear that my experience is not unique. Many others have faced similar issues with this company—delayed responses, unreturned messages, canceled appointments, and a general lack of professionalism. It’s shocking that a company like this is still in business.

Stay away.I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I reached out to them regarding an urgent project and, despite multiple attempts to contact them, they failed to respond. Their lack of communication was frustrating and unprofessional.

I’ve attached screenshots (with personal information redacted for privacy) that demonstrate the inconsistencies in their communication. Initially, I was assured that both the roof and floor would be covered during the chimney demolition. However, Jake later mentioned that only the roof would be covered. This kind of miscommunication among their team added unnecessary stress to the project, which should have been handled more efficiently.

Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious when considering this company.

DON'T USE THEM. Super unprofessional, I had to get an estimate for a skylight replacement, scheduled them 2 days in advance and the guy bailed last minute, after I scheduled the brokers and the home owner it was pretty hard to justify another date, who said if they'll show or do it again. Stay away. -1 stars!

Feel ripped off by this company. I usually use them every year for a cleaning. This year they charged me $375. The whole chimney needs to be replaced. The crew who came to clean told me it would be around 6k. I shopped around and came across a company who was highly recommended. $189 for cleanings and $1495 for the full replacement. Such a huge disparity in the quotes. Recommend always get a few quotes.

Had chimney rebuilt and liner installed as well as some patchwork done on front steps. Very good work quality, fair pricing and responsiveness. Got job done in day and half , ahead of estimate. Came back after to help clean up basement. No reason I would not recommend or use again.

They came out immediately to give me a price for a leak around my cupola, came out a week later did the repair as promised, great crew, no more leaks, even after all the heavy rain storms.

Very unprofessional company. Was scheduled to come out and do a gutter cleaning job on Monday morning and never showed up. Rescheduled for Monday afternoon and then canceled. Once again rescheduled for Tuesday morning and never showed up. After calling them, was told that I will receive a call back "soon" with updated timeframe and haven't heard from them in 3 days.

I would suggest looking elsewhere if you want to deal with a professional company that values their promise.

It's hard enough to get someone to come out for a quote let alone give you a real written estimate and a reasonable start date. I needed to have my front porch and sidewalk redone as well as some other small repairs. Mike took the time to really look over the work I needed done, offered me different approaches and gave me a detailed estimate with an earlier than expected start date. The team show up on time and got the work done in a timely manner. If they had questions they asked and didn't assume anything. They cleaned up after themselves and were friendly. The work took one day longer than expected but the front of my house looks great now.

Top-Pro did a great job. We did a gut renovation of a 1200 sq ft rental unit. They did the demo, plumbing, flooring, kitchen and bathroom reno, painting, and more. The unit turned out great and they worked extremely fast, finishing the job in 8 weeks. They pulled permits for everything and gave me proof of all inspection sign-offs. Antonio, the GC, even gave me recommendations for cabinets and countertops. His people had the best price and the quickest turnaround time.

Top Pro LLC finished my house siding replacement professionally, they executed the sign contract seriously. The job is completed according to the contract signed. The project payment divided into three stages, Beginning, Middle, and Completion.
The Project Manager discusses with me the best option and suggestion in my case and provides estimation of project and cost. Unfortunately, they do not do painting jobs. I need to hire another contractor to do that.
I am a handyman and detail-oriented person, but I can tell their workers know what they are doing, they do their jobs sincerely.
Usually, I only gave project 4.5 stars, but I gave Top Pro five this time. Because they really done good job.
