We were already committed to buying the house that Kevin inspected for us. Our primary interest was to have an idea of how long until repairs would be needed on core elements like the roof, heater, etc. Kevin readily gave us some estimates, described how we could upgrade weaker items, and even suggested how we could survey elements that were beyond his inspection (e.g., checking if we should be concerned about radon gas). Overall, it was an easy and informative process – I highly recommend Top Priority Home Inspections!

Kevin did a great job. He was on time, took his time and even asked questions regarding things he hadn't run into before, we have an interesting house. In a matter of hours he was done and rather than just leave and send us the report, he finalized it and went over it personally, as such I was able to correct a 'few' things that were really simple. Kevin did a pre-purchase inspection for us. He was punctual, thorough, and professional. His write-up had a lot of detail both of the things short term to look at but things like foundation sinking and drainage that we may want to watch for moving forward. He did a radon test for us that started the day of the inspection. We asked questions after and he was prompt in both the radon results and answers to our questions.
