My roof was leaking five months ago. I asked them to fix it. They did so and said there would be a warranty for the repair. It started leaking again recently. I sent them a text message and they came to fix it the next day without charging any money or pushing fault away. They are a responsible and reliable company. Highly recommend their services.

I hired Mike to replace my old patched-up gutters with seamless ones, and his communication has been excellent. He responds quickly to my text messages as early as 7am, and even took the time after his busy day to get on a call with me at 10pm when I was expressing grief that he identified issues with the shingle roof that was recently redone last year with a different vendor. He patiently explained industry standards and guided me on how to approach my previous vendor to have the issues addressed. I would recommend this company for anyone who needs roof repair. Mike is an absolute amazing person. He came as promised to provide a quote on a Saturday and was there on Monday to begin the work. I live out of state and needed someone who can work on the roof for my mothers home in NY, he was amazing with coordinating with me and sent me numerous photos of the updates on the progress of the work. His crew did amazing job and his pricing is definitely competitive. Mike and his team did a great job replacing the roof and gutters on our 75 year old house. The roof was leaking and he was able to come immediately to evaluate and then schedule the job for a few days later. It was a big job as a lot of work was needed including reinforcing the beams, replacing the plywood and then placing the waterproofing and shingles. He also special ordered a difficult to get ventilation duct to replace that as well: something no one else in the neighborhood has done. The team, led by Mike, worked efficiently and did a great job on the roof, completing it in two days, followed the next day by his team that does the gutters. They did an excellent job replacing all the gutters. They all lived up to the name: Top 1!! Thanks Mike and team for getting it done so well!

Btw: the tip one other reviewer gave to check the ground very carefully for any remaining nails or tiny fragments of aluminum siding after the job is completed - was very helpful.

After finally reclaiming our home from the horrors of a racoon invasion – banging, chewing, crawling and screeching in my attic, ceilings and walls – I quickly needed to seal my home to prevent their return. I called Top 1 Expert Construction for an inspection and estimate. Top 1, arrived on time and offered to do the job on the spot at a very affordable price. Mike and his brother immediately repaired two large holes in my roof and one shingle on my siding near a second-floor window. They were honest, expert, professional and friendly. A week after Top 1 Expert Construction’s repair, a torrential thunderstorm unleashed a cloud burst that exposed three additional leaks on my roof. Two of the three leaks previously "repaired" remain leaking badly! I think that they were not fixed properly.
