Matt has not only worked on my home but also clients of mine. As a Realtor, I am in need of estimates for roof repairs and Matt is ALWAYS the fastest to respond. He is not the cheapest in town, but sticks to his bid and is easy to work with.

I've been using this company for over 30 years and the first job they did for me was on a 10 plex. Matt, the owner saved me a ton of money by using a membrane he already had and gave me a discount. It was January and what an awful time of year to have to replace a roof on any structure! He took me up on the lift and showed me everything he was doing. I swear the fabulous job on that roof, in the dead of winter, was the only reason I was able to sell that building. It was the prettiest part of the entire structure!! He was kind, courteous, on time and I just can't say enough great things about this company. On a recent roof he did for a client of mine, he even cleaned the gutters. Matt goes above and beyond and has fair prices and usually gets the job done ahead of schedule. He's OCD for sure!! I've been a realtor in Anchorage for many years and I've had nothing but rave reviews from my clients over Matts work!! I will never use another company!!!! Thank you Matt for your many years of fabulous service!

Not sure why our real estate agent recommended this guy...
The owner gave me a project completion date, but changed the schedule without notifying us. We are military, moved from lower 48, they did not start job for over a month even though we paid them in advance.
Matt needs to hire an office manager to talk with clients and keep communication and information up to date on work. This guy should not be talking to clients.
Still waiting for small refund from original payment based on estimate.

UPDATE:
Matt provided the refund, and the roof work was being finished the day we arrived in town.
