We had what began as an attempted repair on our roof performed by Titan Construction. We were pleased when Mikey mentioned that due to the overall condition of the roof a less expensive repair would likely be an effective solution to our problem. Shortly after Mario and the crew began the partial tear off they quickly noticed other issues that would begin to tip the efficient use of money towards a full replacement. Mikey was very transparent during the process, and apologetic that he gave hope that a less expensive repair was the better option. He offered a price that could not be beat to pull every plywood sheet off the roof, inspect and repair any structure underneath and install new sheeting and 50 year roofing. I was very pleased with this because typically when something doesn’t go as planned with a contractor they begin to unreasonably raise the cost knowing you are basically stuck with using them to complete the project. Instead Mikey was looking to keep the cost down and get us the best value. They were able to complete all of the repairs in a timely manner, and were very respectful of our privacy in the process. I will not hesitate to refer Titan to friends and family, I actually already have!

I had my bricks redone recently. The brickwork on the bricks was done impeccably & finished beautifully, with care and precision. The team took care of every concern at every point throughout the job and made sure we were satisfied with the work! Would 10/10 recommend!
