They did everything per building code from using the correct materials for waterproofing to an EXCELLENT FINISH JOB WELL DONE! A disaster that was going on for weeks to where my parents finally decided to hire Pristine Touch to get the job done which only took them 3 days. Vadim who is the main guy is a professional in his work and it really goes to show. He even put protective paper down to protect all the floors from foot traffic and did other things that weren’t part of the scope of work free of charge.
