Tiquila Construction from Denver, Iowa replace the old shingles on the second story roof of my house that have been there for 27 years. They were able to match the shingles to what my sons and grandson put on the first story of the east & west side of the house in 2022. They said it would take one day and they did it in one day. They did a pretty impressive job. When they were finished, they completely cleaned up all of the old shingles, tarpaper/underlayment, and nails. When they were left, my yard looked like they had never been there. They did an amazing job of cleaning up everything. They gave me a quote a few months ago and they stuck to the amount that they quoted me. That seldom happens that a company sticks to what they quoted you without going quite a bit over. I am very pleased. if anyone needs a shingling job done, these are the guys to call. They do roofing & siding, gutters, fascia, windows & doors. Their estimates are free.

Came right away, fixed the damage on the roof, was very careful to not damage the gutter guards. Overall, I'm very happy!

Antonio and his crew replaced the roof and gutters, and also repaired some damaged fascia. They were professional, courteous, and timely. When the job was done, he made sure to check with me to make sure I was satisfied with the quality of the work. He also assured me that he would stand behind his work if there were any problems. The finished product looks good, and my expectations were exceeded. I would highly recommend!

I had my roof replaced and they did an amazing job. Very responsive and communicate what is going on. The roofers were very nice and cleaned up immaculately. They took care not to hurt any of my plants and moved everything that could get damaged and then moved it all back. And the price was very reasonable and beat the other roofing companies I called. I’ll be using them again when I need my siding and garage done.

I was highly impressed with Antonio’s responsiveness to my inquiry and his willingness to readily provide an estimate. He is the only one who took time to thoroughly explain pricing, scope of repair, and suggestions on products and materials that help mitigate future environmental damages. This communication continued to be excellent throughout the entirety of the project. During the project their work ethic, professionalism, and craftsmanship were noticed by myself AND the whole neighborhood.

In summary, this is a company we highly trust, recommend, and will use again on future projects! Thank you!

My wife and I called around to a lot of different contractors to replace our roof. Antonio answered the first time we called him and was very prompt when getting us a quote which was very reasonably priced.

He even worked with us on removing a breezeway and repairing some siding. Overall the whole job was done in 5 days and my wife and I were very impressed.

We had a new roof and mesh for the gutters put on within a week of making the initial phone call! Antonio and his crew were amazing! The were efficient, clean, very kind, and the price was extremely reasonable. The roof looks outstanding, and we are so pleased! We will absolutely be using Tigüila Construction again!

This is 2nd time we used Teguila Construction and they did a fantastic job again. First they did our siding. This time they put in new windows. Our house looks amazing. Will hire again. Without a doubt.

Antonio replaced a window and repaired water damage on an exterior wall. He was able to fit us in quickly. They did a great job communicating what they found as they went and giving me options. Highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

Antonio and his crew came out to bid a roof repair job when no one else would. He arrived when he said he would. Communicated clearly and his price was reasonable. Left no mess. We will hire him and Tiguila Construction again.

If you need work done this is the company to call. Antonio and his crew are a great group of guys. When I needed work done Antonio came, gave and estimate, and had all work done within a few days. They even worked on a Saturday for us. There was no clean-up for me to do, they made sure everything was picked up and hauled away. I highly recommend these guys and I will definitely call them again if I need more work done.

These guys know how to accommodate your needs. We live in an old 1930s home that needed a lot of redesign and new windows. The quality of workmanship and friendliness was worth the wait for completion. We plain to use them again in the future. I hope Antonio has pictures to put up to show the transformation.

Antonio and his staff arrive at 9, stripped the roof, added the new wood and new water barriers, stopped for a respectful lunch with his staff, then finished everything, including gutters; then cleaned the work areas of debris and magnetically to clear the land of and dropped nails. They were done and gone in 4 hours! A wonderful and very professional/respectful/friendly team. The price was very reasonable too. *No hidden fees. An excellent business. I would recommend them to anyone.

Antonio picked up my call for an estimate right away and came out the next day for an inspection. We had rotted wood behind siding on our garage that other companies did not want to deal with. Antonio was enthusiastic and was able to get to this job within 3 weeks. He worked extremely hard and often times pulled 10 hour plus days. I appreciated how Antonio communicated where the problems were and also let me know when he found more issues. His pricing was extremely reasonable considering what was supposed to be a 1-2 day job turned into a week long project.

Antonio is a very personable guy who is easy to work with. He is passionate about what he does and clearly cares about his product. Antonio is the hardest working guy I have come across in a long time and would hire him again in a heartbeat.

I would 100% use Tiguila again and plan on using him in the near future.

Antonio and his crew did a great job after our flat, rubber roof started leaking. He went up there in January and knocked snow off so he could inspect it.
They installed the new roof on the first warmish, sunny day. They were prompt, ordered the correct roofing material, and got the job done in 2 days.

Tiguila Construction was absolutely great to work with after the storm. They showed up on a holiday to tarp my roof before any rain came to prevent any leaks. Communication was great through the whole process when others wouldn't even answer their phone. The response time was remarkable and from start to finish we had no complaints.
