Josh and the team at Hansons were great to work with! They were able to respond the same afternoon we had an issue. Josh explained all our options thoroughly and helped us choose the best option for our home. The day of the install, the team showed up right when they said they would and were efficient and tidy. They made sure we knew how to run our new furnace/AC with the updated thermostat and answered any additional questions we had. From start to finish, there were great to work with!

Josh was great to work with. Set up a time to do a quote for a new AC/Furnace. He arrived and voluntarily figured out a simple solution I overlooked for my AC to work again in the meantime (the other companies could’ve done that, but they didn’t.) He was straight to the point, respectful, and honest. My type of quote. He prides himself in his install and work. He did not disappoint. Install was fast, affordable, done right and to code. 100% recommend.

Can't recommend Josh enough came out same day I called and got my system back up and running. Clearly showed me each part that needed replaced and didint try and sell me on something I did not need even though my system is quite old and could certainly use replacing.

Josh is the GOAT! Our church’s furnace blower burnt out… we needed emergency service ASAP before church tomorrow. I called Hansons Heating & Cooling and Josh answered immediately. Was very nice and friendly, was able to send pictures and videos and talk to him over the phone about my problem before he even came out, was in and out in about 25 min to change my blower motor, the only thing I didn't like was when I wanted my invoice to be broken to know what I paid for each thing he didn't want to cuz I guess they don't do that, but I think if a customer requests it they should.

Great service! We had to replace our air and furnace recently (NOT planned ) and Josh did a great job from start to finish of the whole process. He has been nothing but nice, helpful, and professional. He kept in touch with me, making sure we were safe and comfortable during the really hot days and kept us updated on the schedule for the installation. Hansons is able to offer financing (if needed and qualified) and this also was a quick and easy process. Josh had an associate help him with the installation and both were fantastic- personable, knowledgeable, and incredibly clean and neat in their work. It’s pretty stressful (and expensive) to be told you need to replace your air and/or furnace… I appreciate that from the weekend service calls to the installation, Hansons has very fair and reasonable prices, especially for the quality of work being done. I would recommend Josh and Hansons to anybody needing these services- he did a great job!

This guy is the best! He's come and done fast and efficient work for my family. HVAC and even replaced a pipe to something. My gma loves him, haha. I called and asked for advice. I have had two furnace companies come look at my furnace, both of which have told me it is unfixable and I needed to purchase a new one.
We bought a house last January, come February, the furnace broke down and nobody could fix it and we couldn't afford a new furnace at the time. We went through all of last winter with space heaters.
Fast forward to this November the house started getting cold again. So after being ghosted by both of the other furnace repair places, I reached out to Hanson's because of the good reviews and recommendations online. He responded to me after hours within an hour of my message. He offered to come same day but being that we had Halloween plans we scheduled for the following day.
He originally came out because we were going to purchase a new furnace but he encouraged us to let him take a look at the existing furnace first. Josh found that the two prior furnace people had incorrectly installed the pieces they had repaired to attempt to fix our furnace. He installed them correctly and within 45 minutes we have a working furnace again.
I was shocked at how extremely affordable the fix was and just the fact that he wanted to try and fix it before having us purchase a new one made me appreciate that he was there to help us out rather than just make money off of the bad advice we had been given from the two other furnace repaired guys.
He also spent some time talking to us about current furnace models and government incentives to help with the cost of a future purchase so that we are informed for when the time comes that we do want to replace our existing furnace.
I don't do a lot of reviews but I feel I owe it to this company for being so awesome and transparent.
I will definitely have Hanson's as my go-to for for future services.

Josh quoted and installed a new furnace for me a few weeks ago for a very fair price. Overall, I am impressed with the quality of the work. He was responsive and easy to work with. I will definitely use Hansons again in the future.

My puppies chewed through the wires outside that go to the A/C unit. I tried to do it myself with no electrical experience at all and failed. Called him on the Saturday of labor day weekend when it was 100 degrees out. He walked me through it over the phone which was very cool to do. After 20 minutes we had it up and running again. You can't get any better service than that.

I canceled at one point because our AC kicked on, but luckily, Josh followed up the next day because it working again. Josh immediately found the issued and worked fast so we could go to an activity on time.

Fast, prompt service! I called for service on my air-conditioner and Josh was able to come out the same day, which was very much appreciated. He stated he would be here between 3:30 and 4, and he arrived at 3:35. (Definite bonus points for that.) He was very professional, and was able to fix my unit within 15 minutes and was very reasonable priced as well! (More bonus points).
I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for any future heating/ cooling needs.

Cleaned my air conditioner at a reasonable price and gave me valuable advice on how to improve the efficiency of my home.

Called around to get quotes for new furnace and A/C; was not too impressed with some of the other "bigger" well-known places. I gave Hansons a call and Josh answered immediately, no need to be on hold or talk to a receptionist. He came out to give me a quote on a weekday at 5:30pm, when all the other places I called would not give me a quote past 4:00pm, nor would they answer emails past 4:00pm (wow, I remember my first part time job). Josh explained everything and answered all my questions and asked if he could do the install on a Sunday, which to me was great because I would be off work and could at least watch part of the process. Everything went smoothly and the new A/C works great, am sure once winter is here the furnace will work great too. Also got a better price for a larger A/C than what other places were quoting.

Josh installed a mini split for us and it has made a big difference to our living room. Josh us very knowledgeable and did a great job and didn't leave a mess. We would recommend him for all your heating and vooling needs.

Josh (owner) was great. Our AC stopped producing cool air so we called decided to try Hanson's based on the reviews and a poor experience from another reputable company in the Cedar Valley. Josh took our call right away and came out the same day to look at the system during the 30 minute window he gave us. He showed us exactly what the issue was and got us up and running until he could get a new coil to replace the leaking one. He was up front with pricing and inspected the rest of the AC system to ensure we would have no additional issues. Honesty and great customer service are hard to come by these days, which is why I'll only be calling Hanson's for my heating and cooling needs in the future. 5 stars based on our recent experience on 6/8/2023

I have used Hansons heating and cooling to service my air and furnace for the last couple years and knew I would need to install a new furnace/air. Josh explained all my options very thoroughly and professionally. Not once did I feel pushed into purchasing something I
didn't want to. One thing I love about Josh is he is willing to work around my work schedule and he came on a Saturday to do the installation of the furnace/air. He is always on time did an amazing job and I am so glad I went ahead and had this done ahead of the hot summer that is coming. I highly recommend Hansons heating and cooling!

I had a great experience with Josh Hanson. He was extremely knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about the work that he does and the quality of it as well. He installed a home humidifier for us and I will definitely use Hansons again.

My furnace broke down. Called Hansons and explained what was going on. The fix wasn't an easy one. Josh worked hard to find a solution and get my heat back the same day. He also found an issue caused by another repair technician and fixed that as well. Above a beyond service! You can tell that he takes pride in being good at his job. I have used his service twice now and will continue to twice each year. He also changed filter for humidifier and added separate drain line for it and had to rotate filter for furnace.
