What an amazing team. Every part of my kitchen and bathroom remodel went flawlessly. Tiberius listened to every little detail and processed it with the utmost respect. The few changes that were made along the way made the experience even better, and the outcome was even better than expected. From the old green, to new and modern.

Tiberius Smith Construction is amazing in every aspect. Our kitchen was very dark and dated. In 2 weeks, he and his crew (Brett and Henry), transformed the space into an area that is much brighter, more efficient (I have spice racks galore-yay), with beautiful kitchen cabinets and flooring.

A brilliant company! I needed a complete kitchen, fast. I contacted Tiberius and got an appointment same day. We discussed my needs and design Tiberius listened and presented solutions for everything I wanted. Tiberius has an excellent net work and I was able to find cabinets, work surfaces, tile, and great new appliances.
The crew who worked in my house everyday were courteous and mindful of my home, they arrived on time and always cleaned up at the end of the days work

From the time Tiberius Smith's bid was given to us and we gave the go ahead, he kept us informed about all stages of the construction.
The person in his crew that would be doing the work, along with the day and the time they were to be at our home. Some last-minute changes were made on our part. Mr. Smith took care of those changes with no complaints and made them better than we thought possible. The jobs his crew did were professional and above anything we thought possible. The final bill would have been within the original invoice, had we not made changes. Even so it was less than $200.

Our kitchen remodel was done beautifully. All the work was done very exact. Very good job. Tiberius and his crew work hard and do it right.

This is a TOP NOTCH contracting company. I have hired Tiberius Smith twice now and I will use nobody else. First of all he is a nice and HONEST person. His work is impeccable and his attention to detail is unparalleled. He gets back to me in a timely fashion when I text or call. Do NOT hesitate to hire him. I would refer him to my pickiest friends in a heartbeat. He has done custom bunks for us just from a picture I found on ETSY; he remodeled our kitchen, and now is doing the master bath. He has also done a wetbar for us. He can do it all!

The slogan of Tiberius Smith Construction was "There are no Problems, only Solutions" and he certainly exceeded our expectations. We purchased a home that had a poorly designed kitchen and he and his crew did an amazing job. They replaced the flooring and electrical, and plumbing in both the kitchen and all of the bathrooms. The tile system he uses is guaranteed not to leak. This entire project was done quickly and finished ahead of schedule. He directed us to various trades for granite and other tile materials and everyone was wonderful to work with. We can't say enough good things about Tiberius and his crew.

I’ll update my review once I had a better experience. Its has been 4 months since my first call to request a quote. I’m currently writing this review after my 5th attempt at scheduling a estimate and i’m waiting a few hours after the scheduled estimate was supposed to be. 5 no shows and their phones calls are not helping. Proceed with finding better contractors.

Tiberius was wonderful to work with from the beginning. When we requested an estimate, he came the next day and had a line by line breakout for us within a week, which made it extremely easy to add or remove items from the project as needed (basement remodel). He communicated well throughout the entire project, always letting us know if there were any delays and giving good timeframes for each part of the remodel. We were impressed with the electrician and various others that he worked with who were timely, considerate, and tidy (extra thanks Bolt Electric for accommodating us and completing extra electrical upgrades at the very last minute, Tape & Paint by Design for the great texturing, and Jim (and Bobby, lol) for doing such nice work and being so sweet. Throughout, Tiberius was super positive, upbeat, respectful of our space, receptive to adjustments in the project plans, willing to give input when we had questions, accommodating, and sensitive to our thoughts as we went along (he would follow up and make sure that we were happy with everything as the work progressed). With the scope of this project, this really could have been a pain in the butt, but it went really well and we are extremely happy with the work that went into our basement! AND during the last week of our project we had a big storm that ripped off a chunk of shingles on our roof; Tiberius got replacement shingles on order and squeezed the additional work in to take care of that for us, which we really appreciated. Would recommend and will go with Tiberius for any future projects.

I have a beautifully remodeled bathroom thanks to Tiberius and his crew. We had some hiccups along the way which I'm sure comes with every remodel project but Tiberius was very, very responsive to each situation, always listened to me carefully, and took care of every detail in a timely manner. One thing that was so different from other contractors that I have dealt with is he ALWAYS did what he said he would do and ALWAYS showed up when he said he would show up. The craftsmanship is amazing. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

If you want to ask for time off of work to get a quote only to never be called back after the initial meeting this is the place to go. I wanted to put a bathroom addition in my basement so I called and set up an appointment. He had to call and reschedule later that morning which was no problem. He showed up and we discussed the details. The next step was to have the plumber come and take a look at the job. He told me that the plumber will contact me within the next two days. We parted ways and I haven't heard from him in 3 weeks. Sure maybe the plumber forgot to contact me but as a contractor he should have stayed on top of things and made sure that I was contacted. I can't say much about his prices since we never made it that far. Even if he is the cheapest in town I would rather deal with someone that has good communication and follows through with what they say they will do. Save your time and go somewhere else.
