Three Brothers just completed the installation of new siding and gutters on my house. Mike Adamson was the initial contact and was great to work with. One thing we really liked about his proposal was the software that he used to mock up the house with all the different options for color and materials. The installation crew, run by Miguel, was top notch. They were professional, quick, and cleaned up after themselves every day. Jeff King managed the whole process from start to finish and was easy and great to work with. I asked for a change on my porch columns and he was quick to respond and make it happen. Overall it was a seamless process and my mom Heidi O'Shea and I are very pleased with the results. Don't hesitate to use Three Brothers, you won't be disappointed!

Earlier today, I was visited by Jeff King with three brothers remodeling. I need to have my bathtub torn out and then shower installed. This guy is very very knowledgeable about what had to be done and the types of materials that they provide. I believe their prices are fair and reasonable so if you need anything done, give Jeff King a call.

We just signed the contract and are very excited to begin our project. We’re doing a complete remodel on our home and so far the quoting and ordering process has been great. We talked with a few other companies about our project, but really appreciated Jeff’s enthusiasm for our vision, and his collaboration during the design process.

We had a completely non related issue with something else in our house going on at the same time and he gave us excellent recommendations of who to contact to fix it. He had options at different price points and did an excellent job of helping me make choices. I would highly recommend him and this company! I ended up deciding not to do the project and the process to cancel and walk away was so easy as well. No pushy sales tactics, just good, professional service. So I can’t review the work they do but the process to get work done, get bids, go over options was exceptional! And, when I ultimately decided not to do the work, they were understanding and prompt. Jeff King came out to our home to measure for an exterior home upgrade I’m planning on doing. Jeff was very personable and pleasant. A few days later he came back out to show us different colors and how they would look on our home from his computer app. We finally got around to the price and it was fairly reasonable. I got the impression three brothers would do a very good job and take care of our house. But I had an especially good feeling working with Jeff as he went out of his way to show us our home in 3-D with many different finishes. Excited to get started on this project when the weather breaks!

We had Three Brothers come and give us a quote for siding on our home. Mike was amazing to work with. When he came over he was very respectful of our time and always was willing to work around our schedule. He came prepared and is very knowledgeable in the industry. Jeff, also very knowledgeable in the industry, worked along side Mike and they both worked hard at getting us exactly what we wanted. We were not able to go forward with the siding at this time but we will definitely be reaching out when we can. They were a pleasure to work with.

What can I say about 3 brothers siding! Well, Jeff is the man! He is not a pushy ass hat of a salesman rather a down to earth move mountains for ya kind of guy! I had a great experience with Jeff. He walked my wife and me through the different options they offer and made sure we knew the value of their product. Im grateful for straight forward, down to earth sales tactics. I was drawn to Three Brothers from their Instagram advertisement of a $7,000 roof replacement. Jeff said he hates the ad, because no one watches it all the way through. The ad worked, even though they couldn’t offer me a roof replacement at that cost. Compared to other bids from small business contractors I vetted out, they were competitively priced with a way better warranty.

If you are seriously considering a roof, I would recommend you to Jeff.

My home’s exterior cedar siding was falling apart and I had been looking to get it painted/fixed for 3 years. I got estimates from several companies - painting companies and exterior siding companies. Most are prominent well known companies in Salt Lake. None inspired confidence or a real solution but the amount of money they were all asking for was astronomical. How is a home exterior “maintenance” or “redo” as much a house in other states? It was shocking.
I decided I needed one more quote and met with Jeff. He was so much more “invested” than any of the other 7-10 reps I’d met with. He didn’t act defeated by my project. I was so dejected and concerned by then that his positive guidance and “vision” for my home gave me hope again. Jeff’s vision was detailed and brilliant and he truly cared about explaining it and was concerned with details that made sense to me.
I’ve been extremely pleased with the result and Jeff’s price was a lot more reasonable and doable than the others while returning a lot more for the investment. The renovation has been astounding. The change has been drastic and my home is so much more beautiful. None of the other companies recommended what Jeff did and were at least $50K more. And Jeff was able to get it done before winter. Thank you so much Jeff, for your inspiration, your vision, and holding my hand and guiding me through this when I was so worried due to previous bad experiences. If you want a first class job at a reasonable price hire Jeff. He’s awesome.

Learned about Three Brothers Remodeling through the Fall Home Show at the Mountain America Expo Center. Joe was very informative and easy to talk to. We met with Joe and Jeff soon after for a consultation where they gave us great suggestions for our siding project and a great price to go with it. I’ve done the leg work in meeting with different companies and I can tell you that they have beat them all. They have even gone the extra mile and worked with our urgent timeline. These guys did my siding and roof. I wasn’t completely sure what I wanted, and they helped me through that whole process. When they did the job, they did it very professionally they were clean, and so very nice. There was One thing I wanted to change after the process started, and they did it for me immediately, I always felt like they were there to take care of anything I needed .very professional and polite people!
I love my new siding and roof, It looks like a brand new house!
