I love the work they have done on my home! Jeff is the best, there was a misunderstanding on supplies. Aldo and his amazing crew was working on Saturday. I called Three brothers ( the office was closed) and left a message. Within a half hour, Jeff called me, while he was vacationing down in Lake Powell with his family. He said he would take care of it, first thing Monday morning, and he did. Aldo, and his crew were above amazing. I truly appreciate Aldo and his crew. They were so respectful and considerate on how the work was done. They take so much pride in their work. Each night they made sure my yard was spotless. Plus my house looks absolutely gorgeous. Thank you Three Brothers
We are at the very beginning of the process of having three brothers do the siding on our house and couldn't be happier with Jeff . He goes above and beyond helping you out with design choices that fit your budget. I'm very excited to move forward with this company and can't wait to see the finished product.
In May my husband and I signed a contract with 3 Brothers to have new windows installed in our home. When going over the contract with Mike he mentioned several times that the reason the cost was so high is because we chose black frames inside and out. He said that choosing solid black frames increase the cost by 30%. Because that is the look we wanted, we didn't mind paying extra. We made the decision to only replace the windows that are visible on the front and side, and waiting a few months to be able to complete all windows.
We had several other companies bid the job and received 2-3 that were approximately $21k for the whole house but the windows were only black framed on the outside with white interior.
Since 3 Brothers had the black interior and exterior frames we chose them, even though we were only able to do a third of our windows. We paid the down payment and signed a $16,500 contract on May 22.
Mike knew that we were having the entire exterior of our home remodeled and that there was a process in the order each project should be done. 1)Roof, 2)skylights 3) soffit and facia 4)windows 5) stucco and rock.
He ensured us that the windows would be manufactured and ready for install by July 1. So that we could schedule the stucco the following week.
He said we would be notified close to then to schedule an exact time for installation.
When we had not heard anything by the 25th of June we called to inquire. We were told someone would get back to us. We heard nothing. Called again. No answer. Called again. Left voice msg. No response. Sent email. No response. Final we called Mike who sold us the windows, but had "passed the job" to project management. He ensured us he would get in touch with them and have them contact us. While waiting a few days for that to happen, we continued to reach out to No avail. Because of the July 4th holiday and family visiting there were a few days that we were not diligent. FINALLY, on July 10 we received a call from Teresa who said she would contact their supplier to find out when the windows would arrive.
The next day, she called us back. She said there had been a mix up and that the windows had not been ordered, but they were going to put in a RUSH order. Then, later that afternoon she called to inform us that their manufacturer does not even make black frames both inside and out and said we could choose either almond or white for the interior frame color.
We were completely stunned. (Remember the part about the cost being 30% higher for all black frames)
Not only did we come to the realization that we had made the decision to only replace a third of our windows because we were set on black, when the other bids were for the same product they were now offering-- for almost double the cost!!!!
At no point did they offer any apology, and when my husband called Mike for help he said there was nothing he could do, THEN told my husband "to make his statement brief" because he was on another call.
Because of their lack of professionalism and 6 week delay, we are now in limbo until we get our refund, and order new windows from another company. Meanwhile the stucco and rock project is also delayed.
