Robert Kearns was personable, professional, and quite knowledgeable. He was able to go into specific detail about the materials and installation of our project so that we had an understanding of the process and quality underlying the estimate. I would recommend him highly. He represents his company well and is an asset to their operations.

Russell Evans used a pushy sales tactic and turned very rude when we declined to commit to signing a contract the night of his visit. Anytime they offer a discount that's only good for one night or else it won't be available always smells like a scam. Their bid was almost double what 2 others bids were from reputable companies. I do not recommend this company.

Jeff Shelton came out to my home and gave the most in-depth demonstration on the materials, warranty and timeline of how things are done. Jeff was so honest and upfront and respectful.

We realized our roof needed to be replaced, and Jeff Shelton was the perfect person to help us. We had been approached by many other companies, but they all seemed desperate to make a sale. Jeff was different. He took the time to explain why we needed a new roof and addressed all the concerns we had. He made the entire process simple and never pressured us into making a quick decision. The work was completed a couple of weeks ago, and it looks fantastic! We can already feel the difference in our home. Kudos to the crew that came out to do the roof installation! They did an excellent job working through a freak rainstorm that lasted only for 10 minutes... We also ordered new windows, which we're still waiting to have installed. That will also be a game changer.. I highly recommend Jeff and Three Brothers for anyone looking to invest in their home!

Our old windows were 21 years old, and we were considering replacing them. Three Brothers LLC stopped by, and I agreed to have someone come out and talk with us. Going into these types of meetings, you usually expect a high-pressure sales pitch—but this was the complete opposite.
Jeff Shelton sat down with us and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. He was incredibly down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and patient. At no point did we feel pressured to make a snap decision. When we told Jeff we needed more time to think about such a big investment, he was completely understanding and even offered to come back another time.
He clearly explained the services and gave us a detailed breakdown of what to expect. Thanks to Jeff’s help, we’re now scheduled to have our new windows installed in September. I highly recommend Three Brothers and truly appreciate Jeff’s professionalism and kindness!

We are deeply disappointed with our experience/observation of Three Brothers thus far. An elderly couple we care about was approached and persuaded to sign a contract for roofing and siding services that are far beyond the need of the building and way out of their financial means. Despite concerns after realizing the financial burden, the company has refused to negotiate the terms or allow a termination of the agreement.

This kind of high-pressure sales tactic is particularly concerning when used with vulnerable individuals who may not fully understand the long-term implications of the contract they’re signing. Ethical business practices should include compassion, transparency, and a willingness to find reasonable solutions — especially in situations like this.

We hope the company reconsiders its approach to customer relations, particularly with elderly clients, and begins to operate with more flexibility and integrity in such circumstances.

We would urge others to be cautious and to review all contracts thoroughly — ideally with a trusted advisor — before signing.

I typically do not enjoy inviting people into my home but Jeff Shelton came out to give us a quote and evaluation and was very down to earth, personable and kind. He was not pushy and gave us a great breakdown of the services provided. Ultimately Jeff helped us put a much needed new roof on our house and I will note, from the time we sat down with Jeff until the time our roof was finished was about 1 week. The crew did a great job installing and cleaning up. I highly recommend three brothers and want to thank Jeff for his help.

We requested a bid for a roof replacement. Instead of a bid we received a 4 hour high pressure sales pitch, including high pressure to put a large amount of money down to secure a minor discount and lock in a price. The bid was roughly 2-3 times other competitive bids. The sales pitch was very unprofessional and condescending, repeatedly questioning intelligence and our concern for child's safety because we were declining service. Each time we requested the salesmen to leave they would "call the boss" and offer a trivial discount. Refused to leave a copy of the bid, saying the bid was only good for the single day and price would go up if they came back. Overall, gave the impression of massive scam.

Dan and Blaise came out and helped us get our siding repaired. They were very helpful and provided all the information we needed so we could get the project underway. We are excited for the install to occur.

Jacob stopped by my house in Indian Lakes on Tuesday, a week ago. I told him that we were looking for an experienced carpet guy to do a little job. I also mentioned that we're going to be doing a 600 square foot addition on our house within the next year. I got a call right away and scheduled for Saturday at 2 pm. On Friday at 11:30 am Allie called and texted to confirm our in-home consultation. I confirmed at 2:15 pm. Just 3 and 1/2 hours later, I got another call from Allie. She said that she didn't have enough guys to come out Saturday and could she reschedule for Monday. Monday wasn't good because my husband and I both work. We rescheduled for Tuesday at 4:30 pm. I don't work Tuesdays and my husband is home by 4 pm. I was annoyed, but not the end of the world. Yesterday (Monday), Allie texted and called at 9:52 am to confirm the appointment for today. I work until 6pm and then had to help my mother at her nursing home. I can't answer my phone at work and didn't see her message until after I got home, at 7:30 pm. I ate dinner and confirmed as soon as I could, at 8:10 pm. Today, after rushing home from taking both of my kids to the dentist, I arrived home at 4:15 pm. I patiently awaited their arrival until 4:47 pm. At that time, I texted Allie to let her know that no one had arrived. She immediately called me to explain that because I hadn't responded until late last night, she canceled our appointment. She actually blamed me for this. I had not received a call or text that this had happened, nor to reschedule. She admitted to having gotten my confirmation, but said that I "should have been told" that I needed to respond sooner. I told her that she was the only one I had spoken to and she had never mentioned it. She kept trying to reschedule me. I told her that I was upset that they had come to my house to try and get my business and that I was upset at having to reschedule again, when I had only made the appointment a few days earlier. I declined to do business with them and hung up. Below are word-for word copies of the texts and voicemail transcripts from Monday. Nowhere does it say that my appointment will be canceled if i don't confirm by a certain time. Buyer beware.
Text: "Hello, this is Alyson with Three Brothers LLC. I am reaching out to confirm your appointment. Please reply YES for your 60 - 90 minute appointment for tomorrow at 4:30PM for a FREE evaluation and estimate. We do ask that all homeowners and decision makers be there. Thanks for your reply!"
Voicemail transcript: "Hi, my name is Allie. I'm calling with three brothers. I'm reaching out to Kathleen. It looks like we have an appointment for tomorrow at 2:00 p.m. for a free estimate. Please give me a call back or respond to my text message at 208-417-5333."

Based off of nothing but the aggressive and manipulative nature of the front door sales pitch, HARD NO. If you have to treat people that way to sell your product, that raises some major red flags. My "not right now, thank you" was met with harassment to schedule an evaluation which progressed to a condescending "can I speak to your husband" when I am, in fact, the homeowner. UPDATE: After needing to firmly state I don’t want any further visits to get the rep to leave the first time, he proceeded to return to my house an hour and a half later, this time with another male rep. Kyle, you have represented the company very poorly.

Had a consultation with Russell Evans this evening, 4/22. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the process and products to be used on our project. I feel like he went the extra mile to work with us and kept us within a budget we could work with. We look forward to construction beginning and having a spic span brand new roof!
I wanted to add to this review today is 4/24 and we were in a situation where we needed to expedite our project. I want to say we had no expectation of what expedited might look like. Russell I don’t know what sorcery you used but the fact that you all are starting our project tomorrow is AMAZING! All anyone needs to know when looking at Three Brothers is 1. Russell was great! He spent 3 hours with us making sure all our questions were answered, was so knowledgeable and made the process so easy. 2. Communication has been top notch everyone I’ve spoken to has been friendly and willing to do whatever they can to keep us happy! 3. I would recommend Three Brothers to anyone with roofing needs! I went into this pretty stressed but they did everything right and was an integral part at putting me at ease! Thank you everyone at Three Brothers! We appreciate you!!!

We spoke with Jeff Shelton at Three Brothers regarding a new roof and siding. He inspected our home, provided us with a quote and a full demonstration of the quality products they use. He was very knowledgeable, prompt and polite!

Cody Widmer did a great job with describing what needs to be done for our roof and soffits on our home. He did a thorough job with inspecting our home , including going into our attic. The only thing that we felt uncomfortable with was his push for a hard sell. I would suggest that he tone down his sales pitch. You have a great product and he knows his business, but he should recognize when it’s time to let the customer contemplate what they wish to do.

Butch Merriman was great. He really helped me understand what I needed and what I didn’t. He really helped me navigate the whole process.

Russell was great to work with. He gave us lots of options, was clear with financial options, understood our current situation. We are very interested in working with you folks as our circumstances become more defined.

Cody came over today, looked at every thing. He explained the GAF roof system and gave us a price. He was very informative and took the time to answer our questions. A very good experience.

Had Three Brothers install a new roof and for being the higher priced option the overall job quality and communication was not good. The weather stop was not installed very well and the mole runs are visible through the shingles. There was old flashing reused and flashing around the chimney was nailed through with direct nail access to the attic. There were lots of nails around when they were done, some in small piles that could have been easily caught in a basic final clean up.
They also added 1300.00 to the job without any prior discussion. I had to call two days after they sent me a picture of one broken board to find out what is was for(7 1x6 boards}. This was on top of money already built into the estimate for some of this kind of repair.
Everyone I've talked to has been nice and they did get the roof done quickly which was nice but I now feel very uneasy about the quality of the roof and the quality of the service associated with the warranty.

Spoke with Tina and Dan about an extensive bathroom remodel on my parents 1957 home. They were great ... spent so much time with me to answer questions about best way to design in the small space and also modernize the space. I really enjoyed working with them and look forward to the next phase. Unfortunately the next phase I realized the service was not good and didn't cover everything. Advice.... done sit with sales unless you have your own personal contractor sitting with you. It will save you grief! 5 months later I'm finally just this close to the finish line. Better advice.... manage your own project and buy your own materials.
