From the beginning Aaron was very helpful.He explained the timeline to get the windows replaced. They came in white which was great from the inside but not so good from the outside because the rest of the windows in the house were black. He offered the option of having them black in the exterior without any additional cost. You can tell he really cares for the customer and the quality of his work.The installation of the 3 basement windows went very smoothly; Adrien and Silvio did a fantastic job. Great attention to detail and left the place in excellent shape.

I had a very good experience with Thermo Seal. Chose them after interviewing many others bc they're local, communicated efficiently and offered good midrange pricing + lifetime warranty. Aaron was great to work on setting up the contract and and then Fabio and his crew did a fantastic job with the installation. They came early, they finished 5 windows in 4-5 hours, they cleaned up. Fabio even helped me take care of another issue he found on the roof. Highly recommended.

The team at Themo-Seal was a pleasure to work with and we were very pleased with their quality of work. We upgraded from a cedar shake to vinyl siding / aluminum trim and the upgrade added look great. We even had the same color siding as our previous color, but the siding added a fresh new appearance to our home. The team executing the project were very polite, respectful and you could tell they were knowledgeable and took pride in their work. I really appreciated the fact that throughout the project, they pulled me aside and made suggestions or did little things to enhance the project. Awesome example was, I had a few basement windows which were not in the scope of the project, at the end of the project, they advised me they had some extra material and asked me if I wanted them done. Didn’t charge extra, didn’t upsell… they were just good guys to work with and wanted to do a nice job. The managers Arron and Bob were very easy to work with and good at explaining the process, it took about 4 weeks from signing to them completing the job which aligned with the expectations communicated at the beginning. The project Manager Bob came to the site daily to check on the progress, ensure everything was running well and remove scraps. They had a large trailer for scrap removal which also was nice as it is on wheels and didn’t scratch up the driveway.

We had an overall positive experience with Themo Seal, we enjoyed working with the team, they did a nice job and felt we got a very fair price and high-quality work. We would recommend them to others and will reach back out to them on future projects.

I talked with 4 separate Window companies including Andersen and Pella for replacing 14 windows. The quotes that I got from Thermo-Seal was most competitive. Their custom Windows are manufactured by Harvey. So, I had to spend a lot of hours in online checking also Harvey apart from Thermo-Seal. I was pleased with what I learned and signed the contract for the project one month ago. They completed the installation this week. The owner (Aaron) of Thermo-seal and his Window installers (Jada, Fabio and couple of other guys) were very professional throughout the process. I like the windows so far. My home already feels warmer. Hoping they will stay good for many years. All the installers (especially Fabio) were very attentive to my concerns and questions during installation. Bob and his team did a rather large Hardie Board Siding project at my house. I have worked with many contractors through out the years, and I will have to say these guys far exceeded my expectations. They were on the job every day 6 days a week. They did not rush. They are very focused on doing the “right job”. When they left everyday you didn’t even know they were there. They were super clean and organized. Also owners are very approachable and reachable 24/7. They don’t hide behind secretaries. They are on the job every day. No surprise up-charges. This outfit is super professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone. You won’t be disappointed.

I wanted to renovate my mothers house for her birthday and was looking around for an exterior remodeling pro. I stumbled across thermo seal windows siding and roofing . I reached out and was able to get in contact immediately. I made the appointment right away and we came to an agreement. My windows , siding and roof were installed in a timely manner (roughly 2 months). Remodeling can be a headache but they made it seamless.

We had 4 windows, front door, and storm door replaced by Thermo- Seal Windows. We had a great experience. The materials were made available in a short period of time and the work started soon after. The workers were very friendly and very neat. They worked quickly and were able to finish in a reasonable amount of time. There was no construction dust, or any mess each day after they left. There has been heavy rain since, and there are no leaks, which was our biggest concern. The new windows and doors look terrific. We are currently planning future projects with Thermo-Seal.

Very professional group. Window was installed when promised. Installers were very precise to get a square window into an uneven opening. Very meticulous. Outside trim well done. Cleaned up after job. Very happy.

Aaron and his Thermoseal team went above and beyond what was originally planned. After removing our windows, it turned out that many of the walls were rotting from the inside due to water leaks. Instead of just holding off until we found someone else to fix our walls, the team removed the damaged parts, cleaned everything up and essentially built us new walls. They also went up to the roof to fix some spots that were causing water to leak down into the walls. Aaron promised that he will do everything the right way and that is exactly what he did.
Of course these repairs cost us extra, but finding another contractor to do this crucial work would have costed much more. Now we have new windows as well as a roof and walls that are now much less exposed to water buildup, which will save us tens of thousands down the road.
Even after the job was done, Aaron still helped us by advocating for us to our condo management that these damages were caused by outside failures in the roof and walls. This was crucial for us in receiving a very fair amount of money for the repairs.
I really appreciate how they were able to adapt to the situation quickly and help us in every step of the process.

We always went to the Westchester home show in the country center, but with covid-19 the center was closed so went to the Rockland home show in RCC end of Feb, found Aaron and several others promoting new and replacement windows, didn't think that they were interested in working in lower Westchester, but Aaron showed me a brochure of what he did in our neighborhood so we gave him the job came and measured told me about 10 weeks from ordering but have new windows installed in 9 weeks and his crew of 3 hardest working guys couldn't have been more professional, highly recommended!! From the initial consultation and quote meeting to the very end upon completion, Aaron Rukin was honest, straightforward and delivered above expectations. We had a gut renovation replacing over 30 windows and creating new window frames as well and Aaron communicated well with our contractor, was always very responsive, and was clear on the process with no surprises - well, except for pleasant ones in meeting timelines which was much appreciated for during the pandemic of backlogs! We had contemplated using Andersen windows (of which they also service) but went with Thermo-seal’s quality made windows and they look phenomenal. We had to replace every window in our home, which seemed overwhelming at first, but was truly a breeze with Thermoseal.

Getting a quote from Thermoseal was quick and painless (unlike the 2+ hour excruciating sales pitch from Renewal by Andersen). Aaron was upfront and honest about everything. He answered all of our questions, was extremely responsive, and everything that he promised he delivered on. His pricing was very fair considering the quality of the windows and the professional installation.

The installation itself was smooth with no hiccups. The crew was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and extremely neat and respectful of our home. We had every window in our home replaced (13 "openings", 1 of which is a picture window with a double hung window on either side that takes up the length of our living room) and the crew finished in less than a day and a half. This includes installation of the windows and trim, removal and hauling away of old windows and materials and cleaning everything up to be spotless when they left, not to mention this was done on the hottest days of the year in 97 degree heat.

The windows themselves seem to be very good quality. They are sturdy, but very smooth and easy to open (we have a mix of sliders and double hung windows in the house). We also immediately noticed a decrease in the noise level from outside as well as a difference in temperature (our wood blinds used to get hot to the touch in the morning and afternoon sun, but no longer do).

I would absolutely recommend Thermoseal to anyone that I know.

Excellent customer service! Thermo-seal installed vinyl windows a couple years ago. The installation went great and I was very happy with the windows. Recently there were some issues with 2 of the window frames. This was a manufacturing defect, nothing to do with Thermo-seal's install. I called Aaron, the owner, and he apologized for what happened and he said he would get it taken care of asap. Well he wasn't lying! That same day I received a call directly from the manufacturer and they scheduled an appointment to come fix the windows and would replace if necessary. Fast forward, the windows have been fixed and look brand new. Thank you Aaron for standing by your customers long after the sale. Much appreciated!

This company is all about customer service. We had our entry door replaced, Aaron came by gave us a honest quote explained the whole process. Door came in exactly when he said it was coming from manufacture called us and set up an install date. Installers came in on time and installed door flawlessly. But it gets better installers took old door and storm door without we having to ask them if they could take it. Installers left the area they were working in cleaner than it was. (Please thank installers again for us). Aaron called us later on the day following up making sure everything was as expected. Thank You Aaron.

Cannot believe how stress-free an experience it was dealing with Aaron and his team. Aaron was very patient with our multiple questions and never any sales pressure. The installation was clean, quiet and the installation team friendly and helpful. The windows were installed a few weeks before they were promised and there were no surprises. We did our homework and found great reviews for Harvey windows (the manufacturer of the windows he recommended) and they look great. Oh and the price was much better than the other bids we received for windows with comparable specs. We will be strongly recommending Thermo-Seal to friends looking for replacement windows.

Aaron's team was meticulous with my home. I priced out Anderson windows. Not only did they cost way more, they could not give me what I wanted. My large windows would have to be divided into two windows with a spacer which wouldn't have looked right. In addition, they wouldn't have been as easy to clean. I highly recommend Harvey windows and Thermo seal. You will be pleased!
