Spent way more than anticipated on a bathroom remodel. Took almost 4x longer than anticipated. Have had countless contractor return visits to fix multiple issues caused by faulty or incomplete work. Contractor eventually stopped responding to contact attempts to fix ongoing issues. Gave them a chance to at least refund me before taking civil action. Best thing I can say is that the contractor was friendly until I stopped hearing back.

I have used the services of Justin’s company, The Works, LLC, and have recommended them a number of times. The carpenters and materials were first-rate, so my business continued to operate normally, and the finished work is quite satisfactory. Justin navigated everything with the insurance and that is critical. He saved me financially and practically. He should have a top rating

They replaced my roof that was less than 10 years old because another contractor did not do it correctly the first time. Because of that I started to have shingles coming off the roof. The Works crew came and did a bid plus helped me get insurance to help cover the replacement. They got the work done in timely and efficient manner and were very professional. Haven't had any problems since. Highly recommend this company.

The works was hired to complete our house. They did not complete work that was paid for. Not timely in finishing the project and most of the work that was done had to be redone. Don’t be fooled by their photos, mot of them are not of work they’ve done.
