We've used The Shady Lady repeatedly for interior shades, and most recently for some large, automated exterior shades. She's awesome! She's got tons of experience, a friendly but no-bullshit demeanor, explains the options thoroughly, is super diligent, and competitively priced. What more could you want? Highly recommend!

We love our blinds throughout our new home! This is the 3rd time we have contracted The Shady Lady services and we couldn’t be more pleased. I recently purchased a 20 year old home. The blinds all needed a major tuneup. Annette and her husband, Jordan did a terrific job replacing cord locks and clips that had broken over the years. She took the time to research best options for the repairs. I also added two blinds for French doors. I highly recommend the Shady lady!

We’ve been working with the Shady Lady for over 15 years, and they’ve “covered” us in two homes. They’re kind, responsive, super helpful in term of consulting on styles and colors, and patient as we change our minds over and over again. Their customer service is the best, from idea-generating to installation, to prices, to follow-up and fixes when things wear out.

Recently they provided a solution for this window (see photos) - a west-facing picture window that provides amazing views but that can also be too much in terms of direct sunlight.

The Shady Lady did a great job on installing beautiful Graber blinds throughout out entire home. She was easy to work with and reasonably fast. Her pricing was comparative to our other two bids but I am glad we went with her as she was more personable and was the only person from beginning to end (installation).
