JD came out the same day I called. For insurance purposes we needed proof of the roof age and JD communicated back and forth with me numerous times until I could track it down- which helped me save money. My realtor recomended JD for an inspection on a condo that we were looking to buy I didn't know him from Adam and wasn't sure what to expect. The info provided was unbelievably thorough and valuable. Did you know your tankless water heater is supposed to be cleaned annually? Neither did I. I love my tankless water heater but I love it even more now that the Salty Inspector cleaned it.

After the Salty Inspector cleaned it the water is hotter and it gets hot quicker. During the cleaning he found an issue and helped with a temporary fix and even let me know that the part should be under warranty. Now getting it fixed should be even easier.

The cleaning solution started clear and turned greenish blue from all the gunk in my tankless water heater. (See pix) That is not surprising given the quality of our water. And that gunk was negatively impacting the effectiveness of the system.

The Salty Inspector did a great job and went above and beyond what I expected. I will now be having the Salty Inspector clean it every year and you should do the same.

My husband and I have truly appreciated Salty Homewatch Services, especially this past December when a hard freeze hit Northern Florida. We live in Iowa and are "away owners" of a Florida beach home.
