It isn't often that I leave a review, good or bad, but Trevor from Seay Level Home Inspections did such an outstanding job that it warranted a review. I contacted Trevor to do a 4 point and a wind mitigation inspection on our home. He was prompt, responsive, courteous and professional. He had both reports to me just a few hours after his inspection. Quality in all respects. Highly recommend for any home inspection.

Mr. Seay showed up on time as scheduled. Price agreed upon was price paid. Mr. Seay was very thorough and discussed the one minor issue that was a possible insurance concern. Would highly recommend for your home inspection needs! Very pleased with Mr. Seay, the inspection he conducted and the thorough report he emailed less than 8 hours of completion of inspection.

I had Trevor with Seay Level Home Inspections do 4-Point and Wind Mitigation Inspections for insurance purposes. He is professional, knowledgeable and thorough and took the time to explain the findings and answered all my questions.

The inspection report was complete with photos - use of drone for the roof. I appreciate the recommendations and the quick turnaround time of the reports.
