I had my home sided and insulated in 2023, they were efficient, strong communication through the project and planning, and very fair prices! I highly recommend this company for your home improvement needs.

Ben and Mike are awesome! Both came out quickly to assess my leaking roof and were honest about the work that needed to be done. They provided me with multiple options and an idea of how long each option may last and how they may be able to save me some money. The work was done quickly, and professionally. I am very satisfied with the results. The workers they brought out were concerned about my dogs and how the work and noise would impact them and I was able to move the pups for minimal impact. I couldn't ask for a more seamless experience from permit pulling to dumpster delivery and pick up to the finished product...a new roof! Thank you guys!!

After a hail storm in my area I was concerned about damage to my 8 year old roof.I contacted The Roofing Store as they originally put on the roof.They came within a few days and inspected.I finally had peace of mind and Ben found no damage.They are great to deal with!

Initial work appeared to be good quality.

Upon going out on the roof several issues were discovered.

Beth was quick to acknowledge the issues and schedule repairs/adjustments.

Issues were resolved and the clean up was very good. On site supervisor was very good.

The bulk of the issues appear to be due to one employee who was the roofer and chimney guy.

Cost was on par with other companies.

Gutters were installed by another contractor they arrange. He did a fabulous job.

Overall, good job with a few hiccups.

The company was very professional. I had a very lovely experience working with them. The Team Was very amazing at putting on the roof. Very efficient and well organized. I have never met a group of people that were so respectful.

Just would like to say thanks to Mike and all his guys at the roofing store. They were courteous polite and professional. As well as paid attention to details and clean as they went along I was very satisfied with my price it was very fair and the job in which they did. We were very satisfied with repairs done to our roof. They were attentive and went out of their way. They came on the day they said they would and the repair was handled quickly. Thank you Mike for cleaning the skylights too.

Recently had a new roof installed. Service was fast and price was reasonable. Staff was friendly and worked extremely hard. We are very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. Would definitely refer anyone to use this company.

However in 2021 we had a tree fall on our roof. We called the roofing store because they put the roof on to see if they could fix it. We finally heard back from them 6 months later. Fortunately we contacted JFK ROOFING and they came out and checked it out and roof was repaired within 2 weeks. Great people to work with.

We needed a roof in December, complacated by being in a very windy location. They did a very good job, on short notice, and left the property clean of debris.

They did work on my house in 2002 & that is why they were the 1st company I called when I needed work done on a different house in 2018.

we had redone our roof and decided to get a metal roof and it came out great. I thought something was wrong with one part, got ahold of the store, and someone came out right away. everything was fine

Quality of work was fine, but there was a lack of communication, poor management of schedule and never received progress photos due to "a problem with the program they use" Took over a week to be able to communicate with the owner after numerous request. Not what I had expected to endure for a porch roof project.

I've witnessed the whole process , from the consultation through the finished roof. They are the best , hands down.

Found Mike (the owner) during the mid 2000's and at that time the service was off the charts fantastic. We were so happy that in 2011 we hired The Roofing Store to replace all of our windows and replace an exterior wall ruined by an ice damn and we began to replace the wood siding with vinyl. That's where things started to sour.

Several of the windows leaked when it rained. Had to have them come out multiple times to fix that. Meanwhile there are now water stains in the wood trim they added. No offer on their part to replace that. Worst though is the siding. The siding keeps falling off the house. Sometimes I can pop it back into place but it will always fall and now it's popped in such a way that I can't fix it. I've tried to contact them multiple times over the past year via phone and email to fix it.

I don't know what happened to make their quality go down. In April 2016 I got a random voicemail from them. It was something about "Hey we're sorry things have gone down hill but we're back and if you have any projects we'd be happy to help." Reached out to them and got no response.

The last time they actually sent someone out was in 2015 to quote when I called to ask for a quote for a new roof but I found out they no longer participate in the financing program that they signed me up for when they did our window replacement. That quote seemed high anyway.
