Nelson has done 3 roofs as well as siding and windows for me over the last 20+ years. He is honest, does a great job, keeps a meticulous construction site, shows up when he says he will and is reasonably priced.

Nelson and his crew did great work and were prompt and cleanly. Highly recommend. They completed a chimney repair and cricket installation on my house.

April2024, after hunting several roofing Co, I contact Jahve Roofing and Siding contractor located in CT. Not only they were offering me the best deal but gave me the full satisfaction, details and the extra mile, I was dreaming about. I don't think any better company can be so dedicated and proud of their works. I have a roof done and siding, new windows install extension of a new patio, build a porch for me and install new gutters. Please! do like I did,,, do your homework, contact a lot of contractors and choose a small family company, not only they will listen and care about you but also will provide the best and quality products.

Over the past few years I have had the great pleasure of getting to know Nelson Sanchez and the Jahve Roofing team. This business has been a massive support to my family and I helping care for my elderly grandfather and our home here in Massachusetts. Grandpa has lived in MA since 1983 and for many years he maintained his property on his own and oversaw all the particular landscaping projects... well he is 99 years old now and can't do as much as he used too. Jahve has become our families go to support for all of our property maintenance. They are capable of doing almost anything: fence building & repair, window repair & replacement, siding replacement, mowing, bush pruning, lawn seeding and fertilizer, mulching, and putting down gravel driveway material just to name a few of the things. This partnership has grown over time and culminated in 2023 with a roof replacement for my grandpa's home. Nelson went above and beyond and worked with my grandpa's insurance to ensure the cost of the roof replacement was fully covered due to the wind damage that had impacted the roof. Nelson's efforts ensured that the roof repair was 100% covered by insurance and my grandpa did not have to loose any money on the job. Pictures of the roof replacement are attached to this review.

Nelson’s company recently removed our old roof and replaced it with a new one. He did an excellent job. His price is fair, he explains the job clearly.He is courteous, responsive and very pleasant to work with. He and his crew are hardworking and professional. Over the years I have employed many contractors, I can say that Nelson owner of Jahver Roofing and Siding is one of the most accommodating, professional and skilled contractor that I have encountered.

We needed to have several projects done to our house in the Berkshires, not the least of which was a new roof. Nelson's pricing estimates were fair and spot on. He and his crew were always on-time, did excellent work, kept the job sites neat and organized, and were accommodating to mid-project changes. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Nelson for roofing and a variety of other carpentry projects (he even helped us with a small excavation project!).

We first met Nelson Sanchez on account of a problem we experienced with a leaking roof that came into a room and created a mold issue. The roof had previously been installed as a replacement and subsequently replaced. Nelson quickly identified that the roof was incorrectly installed, which was creating the problem. Nelson replaced the roof and any damage that the leaking caused to the roof. The result was excellent. I was impressed with Nelson being able to quickly identify the cause of the our problem and having the skills to repair the roof. In addition to fixing some outstanding problems outside our home, Nelson worked on installing gutters and drainage remedies to prevent water damage we were experiencing around our home. We have discussed several other projects with Nelson based on our experience with him. My assessment is the Nelson is thoroughly competent to deal with a wide range of home improvements and repairs. Nelson spends the time to discuss all the work he and his crew will perform and makes you feel confident in his ability to do outstanding work. I would highly recommend Nelson to anyone considering him for their home projects.
