Terrance and his team painted the inside of my home and repaired cracks/nail holes from the previous owner. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves after they painted. On a personal note, he allowed my family to use one of his large dumpsters after my nieces house was hit with a tornado in Cave City. He asked no questions, asked for no monetary compensation, and let us use the dumpster and hauled it off. Terrance is a wonderful human being and I will use his company in the future for additional work we need.

I have had a good amount of outdoor work done by different contractors and haven't been much impressed by what is available locally. They are either over priced, don't supply me with an estimated cost in writing, or leave me disappointed with their service. The real deal is true to their name, they offer good prices, services, and communicate well with any concerns or issues. They repaired a retain wall that fell after 3 years, cut down four trees, and bricked and concreted a new path for our storm cellar. They take their time to give you a fair estimation of a project. The biggest thing for me was having all of the receipts of all services and material for the project. I would highly recommend them since I plan on using them for future project.

The Real Deal of Batesville did a great job replacing all the lighting inside and outside my home. Quality work with very reasonable rates. Highly recommend for any home improvement needs. I also had rented a dumpster to clear debris in my yard of my newly purchased home. Very reasonable rates for the dumpster services. I appreciated the open line of communication during both the home improvements and rental service. Thank you

This company is amazing! I needed my deck rebuilt asap, because my dog kept getting stuck under the old one and we had to cut her out from under it. ALL the other construction companies blew me off and wouldn't respond in a timely manner, but they REALLY are "The Real Deal"!!!
They not only tore down the old deck, but they had a dumpster on-site and were able to get the old wood out of my yard ASAP, and had me a nice new deck in three days from the first time I contacted them!
I HIGHLY recommend them for any of your construction or disposal needs. I will definitely call on them again when I need work done in the future!!!
