I love Decorated Wall! I've used them for over 12 years. They installed blinds in our newly built house. Since I've had them all cleaned, some restrung, and one replaced with a room darkening blind. I have just had a blind restrung and reinstalled with new clips. Decorated Wall has excellent customer service and their repair and installer are very skilled and friendly. I highly recommend.

These folks do a fantastic job. I’ve used them many times over the years and each time I’ve been impressed with the quality of the blinds, and the quality of the people.

The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to listen to your needs. When Shellie tells you, "We will take care of you", she means exactly that! Justin replaced the needed parts in our honeycomb shades. They now work perfectly. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend The Decorated Wall.

After ultrasonic cleaning, my 20 year-old white blinds are a new color. They are still white, but they are clean white! Thank you so much to Justin and his skills. We purchased our home in 2006. We had the Decorated Wall install all of our window coverings. We have been very pleased with them! Recently the cord on one of our shades broke. We were very pleased to find out that it could be repaired! Justin Parks restrung it so the shade didn't even leave Dallas.
Aside from quality shades of all kinds, the store is also full of adorable home decorating items! I recommend it for gift giving ideas for yourself or someone else!

I could not have had a better experience! Reliable, knowledgeable, and amazing products! We were getting blinds for our entire house and each room had different needs.

We had a virtual consultation followed by photos and an in person consult. They were knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She had amazing ideas about what may make sense in each room.

The Decorated Wall is wonderful! I’ve used them since 2021, when I bought12 Hunter Douglas Honeycomb Duette PowerView Automated shades for my new home. Several shades were top-down/bottom-up, a few were room-darkening, and all were large nonstandard sizes. The Decorated Wall provided service and repairs on several occasions since then. Everyone is prompt, efficient, and helpful. I recommended the company to a friend who installed plantation shutters, and she is equally happy.

We hired them to put blinds into our kitchen, because we raise orchids in there and need to control the sunlight during the summer. We absolutely love them, and have decided to put them into our dining room next.

We ordered new blinds for our kitchen- family room and the den through The Decorated Wall. Justin came out to install them and did a fantastic job! They are wonderful. While he was here, Justin told us that The Decorated Wall also has a blind cleaning service. So we arranged to have our living room silhouette blinds cleaned. Justin came out again, took the blinds down, took them to their store and returned them a few days later. We were amazed at how clean they were! I said, "Oh my goodness! They are glowing!!" We are extremely happy! Thank you Decorated Wall.

My experience with this business was excellent. Brianna Mallott, employee and private designer, took all the time I needed to make my decisions. She came to my house twice, sent home samples more than once, and helped me to balance quality and design with my budget. We could not be happier with our selections and her recommendations. The installation went smoothly and was excellent. This company worked hard for our satisfaction. We are especially glad we chose quality blinds for esthetics, performance, and durability!

This is the third time I have had Decorated Wall install window blinds. They are fast and efficient. They are nice to visit with. I wouldn't have any one else install window coverins in my home.

It has been about six years since I bought my window treatments from THE DECORATED WALL. I can't thank you enough for the highest of quality wood blinds and black out rolling blinds that I bought. At the time of purchase, I spent many days researching the items that I wanted and I checked prices from many sources. The Decorated Wall was quite a bit lower in price than all of the other places. Their kindness and expertise in ordering was on the highest level. The installation was also absolutely the best. We have used The Decorated Wall in two of our homes, and have had excellent service in both. They are professional with a personal touch, a great range of products, and work very hard to make sure that we have exactly what we want on our windows. We would highly recommend.

Great suggestions when I was looking at choices and couldn't decide. Installation was quick and painless. And great instructions on using, even though I needed a refresher course (totally operator error though). I love them and definitely had a great experience.

All the staff were easy to work with and really upbeat! The project went smoothly. I am loving the new windowcoverings in my great room and am still able to see my garden! Would hire these folks again but don't have any more windows to cover!

We had great service and love our new blinds. We appreciate that they always got right back to us unlike the place we started with in Salem. The Salem shop couldn’t be bothered to reply when we were unable to make a decision sooner than they would have liked. The Decorated Wall had more patience with us. Much appreciated!

I ordered blinds for my master and my sunroom. Wonderful service and superior product! I was told the blinds would take about 2 weeks. Most of the time they came in about a week and a half later and installed within 2 days. Excellent service!

Both times we have used the Decorated Wall for window coverings contracts we have been very impressed by the quality of the service and the quality of the work performed. It certainly helps that they are associated with Hunter-Douglas, who also rate highly with us for the quality of the product. But failures on either side could ruin the combined offering, and we have seen the opposite - that each contributes to a very satisfying experience. We heartily recommend them, and they will be our first choice next time we shop for window or wall coverings.

Stumbled upon this cute window covering shop when coming from Salem to pay property taxes at Polk County Court House. It is across the street. I found a nice window covering I needed for my house. They scheduled an appointment for measuring my window. The gentleman that came out was very helpful and knowledgeable. We ordered the window covering and it arrived in a timely fashion. The window covering was installed and the old one taken down within a small amount of time. Very nice folks and great service.

Dave was great to work with from consultation to installation. We split our home into a few phases at a time and he’s been very accommodating. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for quality blinds and service.

Too bad the G.C. wasn't for all of the neat stuff in The Deco Wall, I've been looking at a mini baking dish for awhile.
The kids running the lemonade stand did an excellent job, I noticed they were go up and down the sidewalk delivering drinks to people in their spare time.
