My AC unit to my central air went out on one of the hottest nights. I was able to get a same day appointment on a Friday. Rob came out and got my unit up and running not long after he arrived. He gave me some tips on how to maintain my unit to hopefully prevent this from happening again. Communication was great! Impressed by this company. I've used others in the past and did not use them again. I would def use Integrity again. thanks again!

These guys really helped me out. Fixed a kinked lineset in my attic. Despite the heat they finished my install in a couple of days. When I was getting an overfill warning they came right out to get it charged properly. I would recommend them to my neighbors.

My AC went out Sunday evening during the most recent heat wave. I was panicking about what I would do with my 3 young children during the day with temps predicted to be 100+. The next day I happened to call Integrity mechanical and he told me he could be at my house that morning! They were quick, professional and got us back up and running in no time. I’m so thankful I called them.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Quick, responsive, came out on the 4th of July to fix our AC right as a massive heatwave was starting and saved us SO MUCH money! A company we had out prior had told us we may need an entirely new AC unit but Integrity Mechanical assured me the problem was fixable and I had air conditioning within a few hours of him coming out. Recommended to anyone and I will definitely be using them any time I need HVAC services. Thank you!

The name says it all! High integrity, very attentive, easy to contact, very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure it was done correctly. Had him come out to diagnose what was wrong with our heat pump, presented us with options to repair or replace and talked through benefits of each! Did a great job, was fast, fairly priced and even took the time to change out some wires that were starting to melt! Would recommend or hire him again in a heartbeat!

He came our to check our furnace and heat pump at our house. He was fair and honest about all of it and had us fixed in no time. I would definitely recommend.

During the recent ice storm, our heater stopped working at The Dog Bark, a local Salem doggy daycare. It was a Sunday so I knew it would likely be impossible to get someone out to help the same day…but fortunately for me, I contacted this awesome company, Integrity. Dallan got the heater fixed within a couple of hours and saved my poor employees and the doggies from the frigid temperatures. He didn’t have a ladder tall enough and went out of his way to purchase one. His willingness to get on the roof in this weather is extraordinary to me! Thank you so much, Dallan. Your customer service and communication is exceptional and we will be using this wonderful company in the future! Our old building has plenty of HVAC issues!

My heating went out and Dallan from Integrity came out same day when other companies were a week out and With the upcoming storm I couldn’t wait that long. He did some things and everything was working fine but said to call if it went out again. Called the next day because it went out again and Dallan came back out and was able to fix it and didn’t charge for having to come out twice. Excellent service will be referring to family and friends.

Dallan really knows his stuff! Another hvac company was unable to diagnose my issue after multiple tries but he got it right away and had us back in business, same day.

I needed my dinosaur of a furnace fixed and I was afraid I was going to have to replace it. The Tech that came to my home was surprisingly on time, professional, and respectful. He wasted no time finding the problem and actually fixing the furnace and replacing the filter. I’ll be recommending Integrity Mechanical to all my friends and family.
