If you want your house to look like a toddler painted it, you have found the right company. They didn’t even even purchase or paint the correct finish that I requested. They love to spray windows, concrete, mold, spiderwebs etc. They left my front doors wide open and unlocked over night. If you want to pick up trash after workers have “finished” the job, you have found just the people. I can't say enough about working with Bales construction with Adam B. Everything they did was great. I gave them an empty shell of a building, and they turned it into a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with upstairs loft. Very happy with their good work.

We bought a house in July of 2022 in a subdivision they built close to smith lake park. From the day we moved in we have had nothing but issues along with hearing/seeing our neighbors issues. When we moved in our sink faucet was broke, and found out it was installed broken. It took them a month to come fix it. Our water bill was outrageous for the first two months of being here because of their error at the meter. Our hot water heater leaked for 8 months before they figured out the issue and it’s all because they never ran the pressure relief valve pipe outside. It’s currently still in our hallway closet and when the plumber came to fix the leak, he put a cap at the bottom of the pipe which can cause even bigger problems than we already have. Because of the hot water leak, our kitchen floor has concrete coming up through the cracks. They replaced the kitchen floor once because they thought the guest bathroom toilet was leaking. It probably was because it was installed without a seal. After they fixed the floor, we continued with having issues of a wet kitchen floor and dried concrete coming through the cracks. Which they then discovered the hot water leak. This is just a small list of the issues we have had! They have been aware of these issues for almost 5 months now. Over 2 weeks ago we had one of their guys come and inspect the issues, take pictures, and document everything. They were supposed to come over a week ago to fix everything. I haven’t heard a word. I’ll never buy a single house they build or remodel ever again.

Hard to get a contractor to do a simple job, but Bales company came thru. Asked them to clean out a section of gutters that is 3 stories off ground. They fixed it quickly and installed new gutter guard system to prevent future problems. And the price was very fair.

We recently had our roof and garage door frames replaced by The Bales Company and it was a great experience from start to finish. They are professional, honest, have great communication and do excellent work. I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them on future projects.

I bought my house from this company and they have always answered my phone calls if I ever had a problem. I’ve live in my house for 7 years now with no problems. We had roof damage from a hail storm. They got to us right away and we were very satisfied with their work
