It's not easy to find a reliable and honest contractor. Terrazas roofing meets and exceeds that criteria. They document all change orders since I'm definitely not climbing up 25 feet to check wood damage. Job well done!

Terrazas Roofing helped with an inspection during escrow. Im glad we paid for a specific roofing inspection since they uncovered damages not found during general report. The seller provided a credit and I hired Terrazas for the repairs.

The team cleaned up after themselves and after 3 months of off and on rain there is still no leaks. When I need a new roof in a few years I'll be sure to consider them for the outstanding work on our repair.

Scheduled an appointment and was given a two hour window. Never showed up. I wrote him a text, “It’s unfortunate that you didn’t show up and even more unfortunate that you didn’t feel the need to notify me that you weren’t coming.” The person was apologetic so +1 star for that. Will update this review if I decide to call them and set up another appointment.

All I can ask of a roofing company is that they clean up after themselves, pass inspections, and ensure the new roof doesn't leak. Terrazas did all 3!

Great value and communication from Terrazas. Mike and Irving checked out a roof leak that my painter had noticed. Instead of a hard sell, they were honest and told me that with a minor repair my roof should be good for another ten years - a huge relief. Both Mike and Irving were friendly, diligent, and efficient, and I wouldn't hesitate to use either for future work.
