Terrazas Roofing helped with an inspection during escrow. Im glad we paid for a specific roofing inspection since they uncovered damages not found during general report. The seller provided a credit and I hired Terrazas for the repairs.

The team cleaned up after themselves and after 3 months of off and on rain there is still no leaks. When I need a new roof in a few years I'll be sure to consider them for the outstanding work on our repair.

Scheduled an appointment and was given a two hour window. Never showed up. I wrote him a text, “It’s unfortunate that you didn’t show up and even more unfortunate that you didn’t feel the need to notify me that you weren’t coming.” The person was apologetic so +1 star for that. Will update this review if I decide to call them and set up another appointment.

Great value and communication from Terrazas. Mike and Irving checked out a roof leak that my painter had noticed. Instead of a hard sell, they were honest and told me that with a minor repair my roof should be good for another ten years - a huge relief. Both Mike and Irving were friendly, diligent, and efficient, and I wouldn't hesitate to use either for future work.
