We used AP Roofing for a roof replacement last month. A friend of the family who had also used them recommended Asher to us. Pricing was very fair compared to other bids I had received. The bid was very no nonsense. He offered all the same products as other companies and we bid out to 6 other companies. The workers were friendly, polite, and cleaned up every day. The job ended up going quicker than expected. I needed some painting touch up on the trim after they had torn the old roof off and they took care of it with no problem. They also installed a couple of solar fans for us as well. When we were trying to decide on a color, Asher sent us some addresses in the area for us to go look at other roof jobs they had done to get an idea of color. Asher was always available if I had questions and everything looked great, with no overcharging at the end. Would highly recommend them.

Replaced my roof , took them 3 days including putting some new structure since the old one was rotten in a few places. did great job. ask for David to run the project. excellent Project manager.

VERY honest!! My roof had several leaks from the past rain and Asher came over and told me that it will be best to just try and remove all the leaves off the roof and gutters before spending money on the repair of that part of the roof. After I did that, the damage on the roof got exposed and I decided to just replace the roof and install new one (to prevent more issues in the future). Asher really gave me the honest opinion about the roof and I want to thank him for that. Thank you Asher for your honesty! I will be using you in the future and telling all my friends about you!

AP Roofing replaced the roof last month at our house and we are very happy and satisfied with the overall price and also the quality of work that they did for us. Before I selected and hired AP Roofing, we met and researched several other companies and we got estimates from all of them, AP Roofing was the best deal for that project and they gave us a better warranty that included everything. I hired Asher at AP Roofing Group for a re-roofing project at one of my investment houses Ventura. Asher estimate was about 15% below the other estimates that I got from the other companies. That I found online. As part of the work, Asher took care of all the permits that were required and he worked with his team in order to make sure that everything is done on the best and most professionally way. Asher and his excellent team were very skilled, clean, with excellent attention to all the details even the smallest ones. Everyone that was involved at my house, arrived to work each and morning and they were able to finish the new roof as Asher promised to me. AP roofing group is a very professional & thorough company. Asher visited our house each day to make sure that the progress of the new roof installation is going according to the plan and he was also on time for the consultation meeting and he made sure to explain us everything about what we should do and what existing problems we currently have in our roof. Asher was our contact person for the new roof project. Everything from communication all the way to the final sign off of the contract was terrific. Asher and his people did a very detailed inspection of the roof in order to be able and provide us with the most accurate estimate. His inspection revealed that the existing roof could stay for another year, but we figured that if we will wait, materials will probably increase in price, so we decided to replace it. We went into contract on 9/15/18 and the work started on 10/17/18 and was completed 11/3/18. The working crew showed up on time in professionally marked vehicles and they were very nice and professional in their work. The old roof was removed in less than a day and the new roof installation started the same day. The new roof including the new gutters turned out great. They did a massive cleanup job also! Asher visited us each day and monitored the crew to facilitate the process and made sure everything went without issues. We could not be happier with the roof job they did and we would not think twice to refer them to any my friends and family who need a quality, responsible, and reliable roofing company.

Me and my wife recently hired AP Roofing Group for our house. We needed to replace the existing roof and at the same time to also install a solar system. Asher and his team were able to complete the 2 projects at our house at a fairly price. The solar system installation was done after few months while Asher supervised all the other people that came to the house. Asher and his skilled team just completed the installation of our new roof. OMG!!! The new roof is no less than a perfect one. We are so happy that we don't need to be scared from the coming rain season any more. Asher at AP Roofing is one of the most valued professional who we hired for our roof project. At our house, we needed to replace the existing roof due to many leaks that we had last year. Asher’s price was reasonable and competitive compare to the other estimates that we got from other companies. More than that, they worked really fast and very professionally. Because our house is an old one, the roof had some strange issues that Asher was able to solve all of them with great solutions. During the work, Asher visited our house site each day and he was always available by phone. We will hire him again without any hesitation.

We are very pleased with the removal of the old roof and the installation of the new roof on top of our satisfaction with the professionalism that Asher and his team presented before, during and even after the work. As part of the work, we needed to have a large ventilation and to install some solar powered fans. On top of that, we asked them to give us the metal flashings prior to the work, so we can match paint them. With any roof job there are always problems and issues that comes up during the work. With us, all the problems and issues were handled by Asher that also kept us informed and clarified possible solutions before. After the work was completed, there were a few other small issues that needed to be fixed and Asher sent someone to fix them and we are very happy!

We had an excellent experience with AP roofing group mainly with Asher Paz. i hired them because my roof was in bad condition and i needed someone good that can replace it and within a fairly price. Asher Came over and checked everything and gave me an estimate that included all the permits. I loved the fact that Asher is a licensed inspector from the city of los angeles so everything went well and without any issues.

I highly recommend AP roofing for anyone who need a complete new roof installation or any roof repair. Asher is very responded person and he is also a certified inspector by the city of Los Angeles. To my house, he helped me selecting the type and color of the new roof that will be the best choice for my house and he brought many samples for me to select from. His crew was professional, effective and polite and he informed me about the progress of the new roof. They left the surrounding of the house area very clean after each day and all of the workers arrived to my house each morning to work. The overall price for the total new roof was very fair and it included all the permits and inspections that were made by him personally!

Asher worked really hard to earn my business and he did fulfilled all of his promises. The estimate process was good and covered everything that needed to be and more than that, if maybe a bit overwhelming (with the amount of info). Asher bid on our new cool roof system. The work that he did was completed within the time frame that was promised to us and his workers were considerate, professional, and respectful and mainly they cleaned up after themselves before they left home for the day, and kept us informed of the progress during the whole time period of the work. We feel that this could have been avoided but overall we are very happy with the work that they did and now finally our monthly bills start to come down. The new roof is great! We had to replace the roof due to several problems that we had and now that the winter is around the corner, our new roof will be good and no more leaks.

Asher came over due to several spots of leaks from the old roof and he determined that it will be the best solution to just install new one. His estimate was good but to make sure, we contacted several other roofing companies so we can compare the prices and to know if we got a good deal or not. Asher's estimate was the best among all the other companies that we spoke and met with. His advantage was that he is also certified by the city to issue permits. this allowed him to issue the certificate the same moment he completed the installation of the new roof. We had no choice but to replace the old roof with a new one. We contacted several roofing companies and Asher was one of them. He came over and was able to give us a better estimate for better materials and higher quality.
The work that he did was less i than a week and he also gave me an option of financing which will make it easier to pay.

We needed a new roof for our house. Our ‘old’ roof had few leaks and several problems that required the replacement with a new one. The last rain resulted in a water leak to the bedrooms area. So, we called AP roofing because they did our neighbor's roof a year ago and they gave us an estimate at that time. This time, they just updated the estimate and they were able to lower it, which was cheaper than the other estimates we got. The good feeling was much better because it’s a family business who not only give the bid but do the work. No hard sell here or having the bid from one guy but the work is with unknown others - as it was with other bids. Landmark did the job so good and very fast as well which was awesome! The workers from Landmark made sure to clean the roof and they did a quality work. The roof was a mess with lots of humps, bumps and terrible pad for the Air conditioning. They rebuilt it all, and had people who came to do specialty tasks, such as hooking up the dish, the air conditioning condenser etc.… More than that, they also fixed the gutters and made sure they are connected correctly. All in all, this project is complete and done. We are no longer have to deal with the old roof and leaks for at least for 20 years. Before we did the new roof, The office staff helped us with the Cool Roof rebate from the power company and the federal tax rebate for an Energy Star roof, both of which we were not aware. AP roofing are now our roofers who did a great work and have other great contractors to supplement for special tasks and run an all-around energy efficient business. If we ever move or we have a natural disaster, we know who will work for us.

The day we called Asher, he came on time within a couple of hours and took me on top of the roof and really explained everything that need to change and more than that he suggested a few ideas to get the best efficiency from a new roof. Asher gave us an estimate the following day which we thought to be fair and honest. We contacted 3 additional companies in order to get an idea of how much the roof should cost and 1 of them didn’t show up and the rest were able to provide us an estimate which didn’t come close to how Asher handled this whole transaction. What Asher promised --- He delivered! His crew were on time every day and worked very hard for 5 days. They left the working area spotless and the new roof is amazing. We are extremely happy and pleased! We now have a new roof that will last a long time. We would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again guys.

These guys from AP Roofing were great! We found out we had a leak in one of our bedroom about a month ago. After calling about 6 other roofing companies which all either failed to return our calls, or they told me they did not have time to do repairs when I called Asher, he was able to make it out within the following week to check the roof (which is great). Asher came out and gave us an estimate for the repair and the estimate was very good for our original thoughts of spending, and we scheduled Asher to come over get it done. The following week, Asher showed up and installed new roof. We are very happy and we will hire them again.

The roof that we have had some leaks and we brought several companies to see and check it. The companies that checked it highly recommended us to replace it with new one and we got several estimates for that work. Asher and mike came over and were able to give us a great quote for the replacement of the roof. Asher visited the house several times during the work and made sure that all is good and without any mistakes. The roof was completely replaced after 1 week of work. Asher gave us a great amount of warranty period and he said that it will cover any problem we may have.

I hired him to install a new roof at my house due to so many problems that accord during the years. At first, he came over and checked the current roof and he found out all the problems. After his estimate was approved, he than removed the old roof including the plywood and gutters. He than had his crew to install new plywood and roof. His work came out very good and in a very good price too. i highly recommend him for this type of roof. I also would like to mention that he is a certified inspector from the city of los angeles and this means that he issued the permit himself for his work.

I had to get my roof replaced due to several leaks. I contacted several contractors to get estimates... and AP roofing (Asher Paz) was one of them. Asher Paz came out on the day and time frame that we agreed. He took a look and inspect the roof for like 30 minutes. After his inspection, he was able to give me a quote. I had quite a bit of soffit damage as well. Asher Paz was able to roll all that into his quote which was pretty much in line with the other contractors. He also provided a nice 3rd party financing option which the main reason why I ultimately chose him… My schedule was complicated due to my upcoming business work, but getting the repair done was a priority for me. Asher Paz was able to get the repair scheduled quick-quick with his workers and the project took less than a day. In the end, I couldn't be happier with the results of the repair. Asher Paz was professional and the crew that worked on my house did an amazing job. I highly recommend AP roofing. Very nice roofing job, and very nice carpentry skills on the soffits. I couldn't be happier with my new roof that was installed by AP roofing 2 months ago. The service from Asher was above outstanding. Before he gave me an estimate for the new roof, he perform several inspections on it and he recommended me to remove the old one and to install the new one instead. He explained to me why it will be the best thing to do and based on the pictures that he took, he explained me why the existing roof can’t be repaired or patched. Before meeting with Asher, I spoke to several other roofing companies who also came and checked the existing roof. Asher also helped me to apply for a Hero Loan too so I will be able to have a new roof with small payments plan. The work crew was kind and courteous and very professional.
