We used Tepuy roofing for our hail claim (roof, siding, and paint) and Francisco and his team were TOP NOTCH. Francisco was so patient with us while we decided on colors, siding type, etc. He walked us through all of the options more than one time. He coordinated all permits and communicated with the insurance company directly so it was SUCH an easy process for us. He ensured that we were communicated with during every single step. Our house turned out beautifully and we could not be happier with the courtesy, professionalism, and efficiency of the entire crew. I would 10/10 recommend Tepuy again and we will use them in the future!

Fransisco was extremely helpful in evaluating our sunroof issues and even helping consult on our current roof. While there was no immediate repair of the roof yet, Fransisco uncovered a different issue that was causing the leak in our sunroom and even did a quick repair of digging the clogged dirt out. Fransisco was honest and gave us the best recommendation to keep the issues away. When it is time for a repair of the roof, we surely will go with Fransisco and the Tepuy team for our needs.

Had a great experience with Francisco from Tepuy roofing when I contacted him for a concrete tile replacement. He did an inspection with a drone to confirm no other issues, then was able to get a matching replacement tile a short time later.

Jaime came out with the new tile and was able to replace it without issue and also graciously glued on a small corner of another tile that had chipped off.

Both Francisco and Jaime were very professional and easy to work with. Great communication and followup. Will definitely look to use Tepuy again for any future roofing needs!
