Straight up and straight forward. Don't like being awakened without prior notice by the crew taking to my roof, stomping about above me and hammering while I was in bed at 7:00am. But, it was done as promised in one day. Dustin is a good man to have on this matter. And, he remains available for any problems which might come up, which I do not anticipate.
As to the quality of the work and the quality of the materials used, at this point everything appears to be in order. As I am the amateur in this matter, trust is very important and I have not been given any reason to doubt.
Again, Dustin is a good man.

This business scams on people that have just went through a storm. Do not do business with them. They told my grandma she needed a new roof bc it had hail damage after replacing it 4 yrs prior. We got a 2nd opinion and was told yes the roof has hail damage but it does not need to be replaced for a while. I don't recommend using people that can't return a call and just want money.

John came over and reviewed my roof as soon as he received my call. He is a great resource of information and confirmed the roof that Straight-up replaced in 2021 was still in great shape! Thank you so much for checking on us!

On May 2, 2025, Tyler Hawthorn and John Adams came out to my house to look at my roof. They were both polite and very professional. John was quick but thorough while looking at my roof and Tyler was very knowledgeable about roofs. Although they did not find anything wrong with my roof, I will be reaching out when I do need a new roof.

STR8 UP replaced my roof after a destructive hail storm in 2021. Fast forward to April 2025 (the wettest April in OK recorded history), with the rain continuing, a small leak developed between the chimney flashing and the roof and I contacted STR8 UP via their website. That same evening, their CEO, Skyler, called me and assured me the issue would be handled within two days as the following day called for more rain. On the second day, STR8 UP came out and made the repairs, as promised.
Talk is cheap. Action speaks volumes. Thank you STR8 UP for running a business with integrity.

Hey, how great! I had my roof done three months ago, and a couple of weeks ago, with those 59 mph winds, it held up great! My neighbors' roofs blew off, you can't even imagine!. First, Lance helped me, we signed a contract, then a verbal agreement because my insurance didn't cover everything, and it seems Lance left, but the secretary and Dayna treated me great and honored the Verbal payment agreement I made with Lance. I thought there would be problems when he left, but no, STR8 UP is a super good company! 100% recommended, especially for their help getting my roof into installments without banks. Thanks!

Dustin Spencer looked at our roof, he was honest, showed a few spots that had minimal damage, didn’t try to pressure us into anything. Offered to come look at again anytime we needed.

I believe Bronson to be a stand up guy. There were some difficulties through this process yet through his (and others with str8 up roofing) perseverance, things were resolved and my house is better than it was before the storm.

Thanks to entire team, I can live comfortably in my home is again.

A no solicitation sign means no soliciting. It doesn't mean knock on my door and leave a door hanger. You must not know roofing very well either because I had mine replaced less than a year ago. If this company takes these kinda of shortcuts when advertising, I can't imagine what shortcuts they'll take on your roof.

Area of roof leaking and won’t my phone calls about that. Also, trying to come back and say we owe them over $7000 after Farmer’s insurance paid them over $9400. Our deductible was $500. Trying to rip us off horribly. I’m sure this will end up going to court and cost even more.

First and foremost, Bronson Williams really represents his company well and is very knowledgeable about all roofing needs plus gutters. this was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at spending a lot of money and feeling good about it. Bronson and his team brought 10 times more than I expected in workmanship and how they cleaned the place up when they were done, they even cleaned up pre-existing leaves and trash around the property and eliminated my spring time cleanup into summer. Amazing teamwork.

We had 2 roofers come out to see what they thought after the big hail storm here in OK. STR8 Up roofing was the second to come out and he gave an honest review of the house. Was super informative and very quick. Didn’t end up needing a new roof and I was grateful he shared more info about the lifespan of it.

John Adams is a man of his word for sure! A little back story I had insurance out and they denied my roof but I had damage. He called insurance to come back out and he got my roof fully approved and then some. Thank you so much John for everything.

My best experience was with Lance Thompson. Great salesman and he explains every step in simple terms. The shingles look great. I like the way they extended the shingles a little more than my old roofing over the rain gutter. This gave me a place to clamp my clips for my Christmas lights. The gutters installed were at a perfect slant to the drain. All in all the job done was perfect.

Landon was our contact person. He is FANTASTIC! He helped us file an insurance claim, he was there for the inspection, and after State Farm tried to not pay our claim, he came out and provided photo evidence to the insurance company to have a new inspector come out. Our claim was approved thanks to Landons due diligence. We now have a beautiful new roof! We have been so impressed with the professional customer service. We recommend Str8 Up Roofing to everyone!! Str8 Up installed new roof 7 years ago. Roof leaked during recent very hard rains. They fixed issue and we're good to go.

Jonathan Adams inspected our roof and when he was finished, he explained that there was not enough damage to warrant any thing further. He is a very courteous young man that I would definitely recommend. If anything is needed in the future, I will contact his Company.

Had this company do my roofing about 2 years ago. I was told that my price after the insurance would be an almost 1600. So I took out a loan for that amount. After I gave them the money I took the loan out for they came and told me that I still owe them over 700 bucks more and if I didn’t give them money in a week they would send me to collections. About 6 months after doing the roof they sent someone out saying that my roof was bad and it needed to be replaced. The people that work here are not friendly and they don’t go over everything with you. This company never once went over the entire project with me until after I posted the review which was 2 years after they did the job. This company lies to you and now they are trying to harass me to change my review or take it down. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY TO REPLACE YOUR ROOF.

May, 2024: I just had John A. with Str8 Up, up on my roof providing me with a free roof inspection. He not only inspected my roof and explained his findings in a way that was easy to comprehend, but he also shared valuable knowledge about being a home owner who has to deal with home insurance, and home insurances in general. (Such valuable insight!)
Although my roof appears to be in good condition, you bet your bottom dollar that Str8 Up will be who I call if I question even a single shingle. Thank you John for your time and expertise!

Update 1/27/25: I had a leak in my roof, into my garage on Christmas. On 12/26/24 I called the str8 up’s business number posted on google, and requested an estimate of services. I had mentioned that John A had come out previously, but was interested in having anyone available coming out to take a look at my problem. I was told I’d be reached out to and never was. I found a different roofing company to help.

I was very pleased with STR8 Up Roofing. My sales rep was Bronson Williams and he was very courteous and polite. And he let me know step by step what will be happening and was very happy to explain things to me. They did a good professional job. They work quickly cleaned up their mess and there have been no problems. I would highly
recommend them.

Bronson, is great to work with he make the process so easy and worried free, we explain to him one of our garden tools was missing or misplaced after the roofer completed the task, he went out of his way and purchase it and delivery it to our house in Edmond from Norman Moore area, its a great company and people to deal with, he even kept in contact with us at all time even during the weekends and responded very quickly at all times

For some reason i was unable to add another review of this great company to work with regarding any roofing situations, as always STR8 roofing was always very responsive with asking a question regarding anything at all at any time, even the office personal was very helpful with breakdown of the cost and Bronson was always there when needed at anytime.

Tavaris was an excellent salesman and helpful. He was responsive with any questions we had. Will be referring this company to others.

Had to add an update. STR8 Up contacted me last Friday to inspect my roof today. Boyd came by and thoroughly inspected the roof and explained to me what he did and what to look for. He was very helpful.
