Earlier this year I saw a few shingles in my front lawn after a wind storm. I called TB Exteriors and they had a rep out the next day. They had a drone pilot that flew over my home and identified the area that where the shingle had separated.

Tom and his team worked with my insurance directly, and the initial response was that they would cover only the missing shingle. Tom then came out and personally inspected my roofs with the insurance companies inspector (garage and main home), and resubmitted their findings to our insurance company. The response from the insurance company was that they would now cover both of my roofs and gutters.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I only had to discuss the roof replacement with or insurer twice, and that was only to confirm that I had engaged TB Exteriors and that they would be completing the repair. Everything else was handled by the team at TB Exteriors.

While the work was completed a while ago, I just got up on the roof to put my Christmas lights up and the quality of the roofing materials was noticeable, and the construction techniques (particularly the new ridge venting system) was noticeable to a layman like myself.

I would recommend, and have recommended, TB Exteriors to anyone who is concerned that they may need a roof replacement.

Wonderful service and communication.

We had some leaking after a large rain event. Tom came to inspect the roof and noticed a few shingles were loose and nails had risen. He nailed down the nails and caulked both the nails and shingles to prevent future leaks.

Best of all he didn't charge us!

From start to finish i was always contacted to keep me up to date with the schedule. I had my roof replaced and it looks great. The full process including cleanup was great.

First and foremost Nick was very understanding of my hectic work schedule. Found an evening where he came by and got on my roof and confirmed all the issues. I had to talk to an appraiser my insurance company was sending over, but other than that Nick handled all communication with the insurance company and I didn’t have to act line a middle man updating him or giving my company a message from Nick.
As far as service goes, I couldn’t ask for anything better. The roof looks amazing, it got done in a timely manner, and Nick even came over and gave all the work a look over.
I’d recommend TB Exteriors to anyone needing work done.

The absolute best roofing company in the area! Worked with Tom last year for our first roof replacement, and working with them now for another roof and all the works from the mess of the hail in the spring. Super helpful with fighting with the insurance company! I recommend them to everyone!

I had this company give me bids, they worked with me for months!! I had all intentions on using them. However we ran into some major issues and had no choice but to go a different route. They were kind and very understanding! I will DEFINITELY use them on any future projects!!

Tom and his team was great on my house I have had 0 reasons of concern he has answered all my questions and concerns and took care of me in a very timely manner. And when I referred a Great friend of mine he got right to work and was able to get him a new roof under his insurance policy I would not think twice about this company also don't forget he answers his phone and returns calls quickly something you don't see much anymore.

Hue Hall here. Peel off old roof. Repaired bad spots. 16 squares of shingles installed. Cleaned up like they were never here. All in 1 day. Great job. A tad higher on price than some others but worth it for the peace of mind that you will be a priority and them doing, if not more, than was promised. Thanks TB. You guys rock!
