Chris and his team were professional and honest, and they did an amazing job completing the work we needed done. We first had him give us a quote, along with two other people. He took his time to understand the project and gave us a very reasonable quote. Unfortunately, we chose one of the another guys, and it was a HUGE mistake. Had a great experience working with Taylor services LLC today. Mr. Taylor came in after a really bad Contractor left things unfinished at my home. He repaired my LV Flooring, trim under the new granite countertops. Hung up pendant light above my sink in the kitchen. And replaced an outdoor plug cover. Very kind, polite, courteous, and considerate of home owner. Which is what a lot of construction contractor companies don’t do these days. I would recommend Mr. Taylor services to anyone and will be using his services. And I look forward to using his services again. He Receives a five star from me. We had the best experience today with Taylor services! The storm had knocked some garage trim paneling loose that was about 15+ off the ground. Taylor services answered and came to our house within 30 minutes. It was after 6pm so I was worried about having to wait over night and risk even more damage to the paneling. Great customer service, reliable, speedy, and even kid friendly! Highly recommend!!

Chris was very quick in responding to my request of looking at my drywall repair after my wall was cut open in kitchen due to water leak. He came out the next day and was super nice, but professional and did not make me uncomfortable like another local handyman did when he came out. Chris kept in touch through the whole process to ensure the job was done correctly and even included a couple of other minor fixes that he just included in the original quote. In the end, Chris Taylor wants you to be satisfied and happy with your results. Chris Taylor does a complete inspection of project and then provides a very reasonable estimate for each job. So far, his fees have been very competitive.

We had Chris Taylor and his team redo our deck. He gave a reasonable price, set a date, came when he said he would, and finished ahead of schedule. The quality of the work is very high. They took a 24 year old deck where some of the boards were bending and much of the wood was flaking and replaced it with a smooth even deck surface, stairs, and railing. I won't hesitate to use Taylor Services for any future projects.
