We just had our entire roof replaced by J Taylor Roofing and had a great experience!

The process of trying to find a roofer had been a bit of a nightmare and stressful with other companies feeling scammy, pushy, dishonest, and unreliable. I received 6 bids total. When I met Rod for the estimate, I felt he was honest, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly (he was also friendly to my dog which is always a plus :)). The pricing was competitive and fair. Like the other reviewer mentioned, Rod has a reassuring and calm manner and I liked that he knew the Torrance area well and is very experienced.

This was my first time having roof work done so I had several questions throughout the process. I spoke to Georgia from their office several times and she was always so helpful and answered all my questions very quickly or had Rod call me back.

Our roofers who were on site, Abel and Juan, were great as well! Abel always kept me up-to-date on the process and I really appreciated his professional, positive, and friendly attitude. I was worried about debris, esp bc of my dog, but they cleaned up really well each day. I felt they cared about their workmanship and were efficient, the process went very smoothly.

We also had a last minute request on the final day of work to remove some awning and they were accommodating and able to get it done before they left which I appreciated.

This is probably the longest review I've ever left but I am really happy with their services and wanted to share my experience to save anyone else the headache I went through before I met them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is the worst roofing company I have ever dealt with. The owner does not even care about customer service. They never fix it right the first time and complete lack of response. Worst service and bad quality work. These other reviews must be friends and family because I don't know how anyone could think this company's service is good. No communication, no updates, rude and untrustworthy.

J. Taylor Roofing just installed a new roof on my house, and I couldn't be more happy with my experience. They were so professional, and friendly. I live in the South Bay and they were by far the best roofing contractor I spoke with in terms of customer service, price and overall knowledge. I'm so happy I found them. I will definitely use them again and I recommend anyone looking for a quality roofer in South Bay, or anywhere in the Los Angeles area to give them a call before any other roofing company. Thanks again guys!

Just had my roof done with Taylor Roofing. I had three bids done, and chose Rod Taylor because of his professionalism, knowledge, and experience. The roof was done within the timeline specified, about 3 days. As the process was underway, I was able to talk to the workers and watch them work. I was very happy throughout the process. I will be recommending others who are in need of a roof in the future. Thanks Rod !

He knew exactly what he was doing and gave me an accurate quote for the installation on the first try. Very thorough and dedicated to doing it right. I would recommend them without hesitation.
