I hired Tall Pine Roofing and Siding to complete a full vinyl exterior and asphalt roof for a project in Rochester, NH. As a builder, I value working with professionals who meet price and schedule expectations. Shaun met expectations and more - adding detail work which saved me time down the road. Tall Pine delivered a durable, aesthetic exterior to meet my client's needs for decades to come.

My project was to replace three roofs: two wooden sheds, where one roof was multi-layered and 40 years old; therefore, it had to be taken down to the beams. I also had a 30-year-old roof replaced on a wooden carport.

I initially worked with Ben, but on the day of the project, Kurtis was also here. The crew did an amazing job, despite working in 100-degree temperatures that day; they had to move materials around the property to accommodate where all the buildings were located, and the day ended with a meticulous clean-up job.

Ben was also agreeable to replace a few planks on one of the ramps. He aimed to please, and I am very happy.

I have already recommended Tall Pine Roofing to one of my family members, so I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They deserve and have earned every 5-star rating they have received.

Sean and his team were fantastic. We had our entire roof replaced with all new asphalt shingles. Additionally we had 3 skylights replaced. I was purchasing a home in New Hampshire and knew it needed some work. After making numerous calls to various contractors, I spoke with Sean & Nate. They were awesome to deal with and worked with my budget to identify the areas of the home that needed to be addressed first. Their team knocked my roof out in a day and it turned out amazing. Sean (owner) and Kurtis (Sales Person) did a fantastic job replacing our roof. They tore off 2 layers of roofing material and replaced sheets of ply wood before installing the new roof system. They also properly sealed around our stink pipe and our electrical pole. Their crew was amazing because they showed up, worked, and cleaned as they went. 2 roofs (our house and garage) were done in one day. The next day it poured rain and no leaks! Our place looks amazing! As I type this their subcontractor (603 Seamless Gutters) is installing gutters on our home and garage. Thank you 603 Seamless Gutter team for putting up with all my questions! You rock! I am beyond happy with both of these companies and recommend them with zero hesitation!

Tall Pine Roofing is excellent! Their customer service is outstanding, they go into great detail in their proposal, down to the type of nail they were going to use, I was highly impressed. Not something I have found with any other companies. They are fair and don’t try to gouge you or sell you something you don’t need, you can tell they are really looking out for you. They communicate every step of the way and are easy to get a hold of if you have any questions. Their team is like a well oiled machine and you can tell they love to make their customers happy and take great pride in their work. WHAT a project this has been. As a homeowner It’s a nerve wracking experience when trying to choose contractors you trust. My house needed a facelift, desperately. So, I hired a local contractor, who came recommended to complete a siding project for me. Unfortunately they took my deposit, and stopped showing up to do the work, or return my calls/texts. In a moment of anguish and desperation, I reached out to Tall Pine Roofing to help complete this project as the house was now fully exposed to the winter elements . Sean Saulnier came out immediately with his project manager, Dan. Both him and Dan assessed the massive amount of remaining work and put together a list of what materials that were needed to complete the siding. I received a quote hours later and they started the following day. Sean’s team of siders were PHENOMENAL. I was concerned I’d get stuck with a bad subcontracted crew as I’ve experienced this in the past with roofing. But Sean’s guys were all local and VERY talented. The finish contractor I hired to perform work on the stairs, even mentioned the siding crew doing things he never sees siders take the time to do. Sean’s guys got more done in 2 days than the other contractors I hired did in a month. They corrected any and all issues I had and even went as far as to re side and reface the shed bump out on the rear of the house. As born local, I can confidently say I will be hiring this crew again and strongly recommend anyone needing roofing, siding and other work done to give them a call. They showed up early every morning and worked all day, through some cold conditions. Sean’s crew were very communicative and helpful through this entire process. I cannot thank and recommend them enough!

Sean and Tall Pine Roofing did an exceptional job on our roof. Sean and his guys are polite, professional and even keeled. They were really a pleasure to have around.. Our job was complicated and involved 4 contractors, a mold company an insulation company, a mason and Tall Pine. Sean on his own accord coordinated the project. We recommend Tall Pine Roofing. In late August we decided to have our roof redone and contacted Kurtis at Tall Pine. He walked us through the process and answered all of our questions. He also met with us at our home and gave advice on the type of shingles to use. Kurtis explained why he thought we would need a new roof in the next year or two based on signs we have been noticing and what he saw during his inspection. This was very informative and we did not feel pressured as we have with others. We then received estimates and selected the shingle type and color we wanted. The work started on a Thursday and finished on Friday as we have a large roof. Kurtis and Sean kept in touch with us and gave us updates on the work as it was occurring. The team did a great job and the roof looks phenomenal. The cleanup was great and they even followed-up with us on Sunday to make sure everything was ok. I also appreciated the continued follow-up into September and seeing a video of the roof and pictures on their Facebook page. This was our first time replacing a roof and would highly recommend Tall Pine Roofing to anyone. Thank you Sean, Kurtis, and your entire team.

Tall Pine Roofing does a great job, but more importantly, they are good people. They initially came out to do a repair but upon inspecting the area closed, they were very honest that they couldn't be sure it would fix the issue. They gave us an incredibly reasonable quote to replace our entire roof (which we were going to need in the next year or so anyway). Every single person I interacted with was kind, personable, and wanted to make sure I didn't have questions. We have a huge 3-peak roof, and they completed it with all cleanup in a day and a half. It is beautiful- even the neighbors think so! They guarantee their work and include a great warranty. To say I was pleased with the process and the work is a vast understatement. I wish I could hire them for every other construction need!

Our leaking roof could no longer be ignored. We sought bids from several roofers with only Tall Pine Roofing able to meet our tight time constraints. Their bid was competitive, their staff very personable and professional and they were able to rework their schedule to meet ours.
The workers were most efficient and obviously had been a team for a long time. When unexpected problems with our home arose during the job, they were able to 'turn on a dime' and correct the issues. Still they completed the work in less than a day and left our property very clean as if nothing had taken place.
Our new roof is attractive, a complement to our house and neighborhood.

We recently decided to have our roof redone due to age. The last roof we did was well before Covid so to say we were unprepared for the process would be an understatement. We had several companies come give estimates, these were found via ads on tv and Angie’s list. We weren’t impressed with those experiences so we decided to check out local recommendations via our town’s Facebook page. We reached out to Tall Pine roofing and had an estimate that was well written, clear and professional quickly. He educated us to our local codes and gave two estimates with two choices of products. We signed and within a week our roof was booked, materials delivered and completed with plenty of communication to make it a comfortable process. It was completed in a day and materials removed and a sight inspection by the owner the day after. The roof is beautiful and we won’t worry about it as he gives you a written guarantee. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a seamless process.
