We had an amazing experience with Swift Roofing when they replaced our roof and gutters. From start to finish, they made the entire process incredibly easy. They worked directly with our insurance company, even meeting with the insurance appraiser, which saved us so much hassle. The quality of work is outstanding – we love the look of the new bronze gutters and the black sable shingles. It has completely transformed the appearance of our home. Swift Roofing did a spectacular job our house. They replaced our roof, they did our soffit, wrapped our fascia and window trims with black aluminum. They are courteous and professional. They have an amazing team.

I really wanted to give this company a 5-star, but I think they are close to a 4.5-star. They are amazing. My roof looks amazing, and the staff is amazing but we had a small problem. My contract included tuning up my garage roof and fixing the leaks in my gutters. I was notified that another team did those repairs, but the project wasn't planned well. Those repairs weren't done immediately following the completion of the roof on my house which was a little frustrating, especially since it seemed as if the company didn't know that those repairs weren't done yet. Although it was a little frustrating, It all got done and my house looks amazing! Please use this company for your roofing needs. They are amazing!

Paulino and his team did a great job with a full roof and gutter replacement on our new home. This was a pretty big project. Throughout the process Paulino sent pictures from tear off to completion to keep us up to speed on the project. Note that we have a very large roof and had a couple of bad weather days to work around as well. They did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day. Roof and gutters look great! I like the fact that he does not contract out a roofing crew. They do their own work unlike other roofing companies. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very reasonably priced.

Paulino and his crew did a nice job on our flat roof and were responsive and professional throughout the process. They did an excellent job matching the style of our vintage designer home.

Hired swift to check structural integrity of porch deck and replace. They put new porch membrane on 7/20/21 and said it was good. I paid them $2,830.19 and thought everything was fine. Opened walls inside to repair water damage in 4/22 and found entire roof frame rotted out and collapsing. They had put the new porch deck on framing that was completely rotted and gone from years of water damage. Porch deck which was regularly used was only held up by windows in sunroom below. The contractor I hired to repair the water damage needed to replace the framing to prevent the roof from collapsing. In order to do that he needed to remove the siding and gutters. Contacted swift as soon as the damage was found. Asked for no monetary reparations, only for them to reinstall the siding and gutters to prevent further financial loss. 6/25/22 the owner said they would do it. They never showed up and stopped answering my calls. 11/22 I contacted their secretary and told them I was going to pursue legal recourse. The owner was then very rude and aggressive saying he is going to do the work the following week. I agreed to give them another chance. They did not show again. The first week of 2023 I called saying I was going to file for the arbitration. They then showed up and installed siding but no gutters. When I called about it they said they would be back the week of 1/23/23. They still have not been back. Despite the faulty work that could have left someone seriously injured I have given them multiple chances to make things right. However they have continually proven to be a disreputable company. The owner stated multiple times that he didn’t do the work his guys did so it’s not his fault. It is clear they are more concerned about profit than doing the right thing as the owners excuse for not making the repairs was that they had big jobs that came in that did not leave them time to do the work he said they would do.

Swift Roofing is top notch. A year ago they repaired a corner of my porch's roof that was leaking and needed structual repair. They did such an excellent job I had them replaced my entire roof and gutters this year. It's not a fun expense but such an important one for a house. They do quality work, are responsive, friendly, completely professional and fair. The crew was incredibly efficient and detailed oriented. My property was cleaner after the work than before. I have only superlative comments about Rafael, Kaily and everyone else I dealt with. I will always recommend them to anyone who needs roof work done.

We had a roof repair done and some gutter work. Swift did a great job. The estimator showed up when he said he would and wrote a fair quote. The crew showed up on time and went above to finish the job. Very happy with them.

Swift roofing damaged my property while working on a neighbors home. I called them multiple times and have not received more than a promise to look at the damage. It might be they do good work, but their refusal to tend to damages to my property has been disappointing and costly.

Swift Roofing did an amazing job replacing our siding and fixing our roof. All phases of their team worked wonders. Rafael with a very reasonable quote, Kaylee in the office with cheerful customer service, and Jose with his hardworking crew all did very caring and personable work.

I called Swift roofing after a storm did some damage to some shingles. Kaylee was super responsive and Rick came out next business day to assess and fix the problem. I am so happy that we found them about a year ago to help us with another problem leftover from a previous company. I am completely happy with their service and knowledge!

Update:
Within hours of posting the review below, the company called and updated me on their progress sourcing materials. They were able to get the supplies within 24 hours, and the crew (with the owner) arrived at my house the next morning and got to work. My family left town that day for three weeks so they finished the job without us being present. The owner sent many photos of the work progress by text throughout the day and into the next day. When we returned three weeks later the job site was 100% clean and the roof job looked great. They've clearly got the skills to do a great flat rubber roof job. The owner was very apologetic about the poor communication and vowed that the young company was working to improve this aspect of their work.
I would definitely recommend. Just note that you might have to do some additional communication on the front end.

Original post: Complete lack of communication. We secured an estimate for a roof job (we have an actively leaking flat, rubber roof). We signed a contract and put 1/2 down and we're told we would be called when the job was scheduled, probably 2-4 weeks out. Three weeks later we called and were told to expect the work at the end of the week. That day came and no one showed. We called and they told us to expect the work the following week. That day came and no one showed. Repeat this process a couple more times. Each time we called we were told by the receptionist that we'd be contacted by the project manager. That person never called. Next we contacted the sales person. He said there were material supply problems but he would look into it and we'd get a call from the project manager. Two days later that person hadn't called. Today I called the office and asked for the project mangers' number. I called him and was told that due to supply shortages we are probsbly looking at one to two more months.
I completely understand supply chain problems. I do not understand the lack of communication with clients and the misinformation about scheduling timetables. Do better.

Swift Roofing from start to finish was an excellent experience. Rafael came out for an estimate on leakage on my roof around the dormer. I informed him that several roofers have been out and the problem still exists. Rafael gave me a fair estimate and explain the entire process. Shortly after I was contacted by Kaylee from the office and she continually kept me informed as to when the crew would be out to fix the roof. Jose (project manager) and crew came out and spent two days in 95° weather meticulously repairing any damage areas and putting new flashing all around the dormer and repairing the existing siding. They fixed what other roofers neglected. I highly recommend Swift Roofing for any roofing problems or issues. Great people and quality work.

Outstanding work. We had a complete tear off and roof and gutter installation. From the moment the crew started the project they were nonstop. The only time they took a break was for their lunch. Swift Roofing exceeded my expectations. I needed to have my garage re-roofed this spring on a deadline before solar panel installation. Paulino and his crew made time in their schedule to come out late in the afternoon to complete the job. They did a great job on the roof, cleaned the gutters, did repairs on some siding on the garage that was coming up, and left the yard and driveway cleaner than when they came. Paulino even took away an awning I had just taken off the house, saving me a trip to the junk yard. The whole team worked swiftly and professionally. Great experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend.

They did a complete roof 2 layer tear-off and repairs to damage areas plus new Gutters w/guards. The crew was fast, professional and outstanding quality of workmanship. As work progressed picture updates were supplied taking any doubt of what needed replacement and/or repairs as work progressed.
Management continued to follow up with any concerns during and after the job. Again .. a 5 star recommendation.

Wow - everything from the estimate to final cleanup was superb. The estimated cost was extremely reasonable and given within a few minutes of seeing the flat roof. Of course it was a small roof but still happy to get an estimate right away. Communication was excellent from estimate to job completion. The crew was a wonderful bunch of guys who really take pride in their work. As it was cold and damp outside I brought out some coffee, eggs, bacon and toast to keep them sustained. They were very grateful by the gesture. Pictures were sent to me throughout the process. Cleanup was incredibly meticulous. If you have any questions you will be communicating with the owner which is really quite nice, Really happy with the everything.

I reached to Swift for a repair to my roof after shingles came off due high winds. I called and Josh came out to look and then soon after I was provided a fair qoute. Elsaris answered her phone (while she was on vacation) with questions that I had. Not long after the repair was done. I cant say enough about the quality of service and professionalism. The entire process from estimate to completion was effortless; new roof, soffit, fascia, and gutters were installed in two days including cleanup. The crew was professional and extremely thorough. We found our roof was leaking so we called numerous businesses to come out and take a look. None of them showed up...
I called Swift Roofing and someone came out right away. The first person to come out was honest— he let us know that he was not as knowledgeable with flat roofs as the owner. Paulino came out and told us what needed to be done. He even cleaned out our gutter in freezing cold and wet weather.

Within a week we had a new roof. They were her working the day before Christmas!!! It has been a dream come true for us. No more leaky walls and roof. The company is down to earth, honest, fast and fair. We love the work they have done so much that we asked them to also fix our garage door. Once you find a business like this there is no reason to spend energy looking anywhere else.

Followup: Another great job! Our garage entrance door is secure now and can't be broken into with a light push. Dare I say goodbye to all the mice in the garage now? We're so happy!

One last note - I frequent Small Pie a lot and I will often see the company unload across the street. When I see them they are always laughing and chatting. I love that they are such a happy local business.

Rick came out and us gave great info and advice regarding roof replacement, skylight replacement and downspout replacement.
We discussed our priorities and options overnight and then called Rick in the morning to have the work performed.
The crew showed up a couple of days later and completed the removal of old roof and installation of new roof with ice protection the same day!
Rafael was very responsive to a couple of questions I had.
The price was reasonable and the entire process was quick and painless with no complaints. They were even very careful to clean up after themselves.

Swift Roofing just did the roof on my house and the flat roof on my front porch. They also installed new gutters and they did an amazing job. My house is in Saint Francis and it is an old home. My house is 103 years old it is very large and has a very high roof so it wasn’t an easy job. Swift Roofing was the first of three companies we called for an estimate and we were very confident they would do a good job after talking with their salesmen Rick. Rick was very knowledgeable and genuine and provided good insight on what we needed to get done. The owner of the company Paulino was excellent as well. His team of roofers which included his brothers were very knowledgeable, professional and hard-working and I was very happy with the work they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get work done on their home.

Long overdue - just referred them to another person, which reminded me I did not post on google. These guys top to bottom are a class act in a sea of businesses that leave you questioning if you are making the correct decision.

Paulino and his squad (also family working in the business), leave you feeling at ease with your buying decision. They identified what was not up to code/"shotty" work by a previous roofer years prior. They took before pics and after to show the improvements made - why it would benefit us long term and left us feeling with no doubt that we made the right decision.

Did I mention their prices are also extremely competitive/fair. I would not say the lowest, but that is what resulted us in needing to call them, from a previous owners decision (to pick the cheapest 3 yrs ago, whom is now out of business).

After dealing with the “clipboard” companies it was a relief to work with Jessie and his crew. No subcontractors. They do it all. They spent time to explain the whole process.
