Had some shingles come up with a recent storm and got a referral for RMR. Greg Lopez is the best. Super responsive and took a little bit of extra time to correct some other roof deficiencies in that same area as the repair. He also looked around to see if everything else looked good. Price was very reasonable and high-quality service. Office staff was helpful in referring me to someone for drywall repair, as well. If I have roofing needs, I'm going back to RMR.

Got back to me quickly with multiple leaks in my supposedly new roof. Gregg spent the time checking over the possible causes and gave me a very well reasoned report ast what the actual problems were as well as some that he suspected. Issued an estimate that evening and the work was done a few days later.The subsequent wind and rainstorm? Not a drop. Of water or loss of a shingle. A pleasure to deal with a professional and a company that understands the importance of a customer to their business. An 5 rating and then some.

RESCUE MY ROOF truly rescued our roof. It was only a two year old roof that leaked four times. This is a unique two-story 1927’s farmhouse Gambrel roof. The roof comes to four valleys at each corner with two slopes. A top slope with a valley into a valley with steeper bottom slope. This bottom slope is part of the second story wall.

From the beginning interview with Chris, he was knowledgeable and understood the difficulties of this type of roof. Because of the previous issues with this two year old roof, we had a lot more questions this time. There were several more interviews and emails in which my questions were answered that helped us decide to go with RESCUE MY ROOF. It became apparent that Chris had the training, actual experience and knowledge to install and correct the issues we had with this unusual roof. They had also given us a very competitive quote.

We had neighbors asking about who we used because they also were noting the great work done. One neighbor sat in a lawn chair watching and gave us a update on the great job they were doing every time we came home. He was very interested because he knew of the issues before. All in all, Rescue My Roof was great to work with!

Rescue My Roof did a great job identifying the problem with water leaking at a corner of my roof. He even when up into my attic and looked for sight of damage. I have had several others come out and give me estimates and none of them went into my attic to look. They were not as detailed and spot on as to what was causing the leaks. Our experience with RESCUE MY ROOF was phenomenal! From the beginning stages of the “interview” with Chris. Sitting with him and learning how they do their business helped us decide to go with their company. Despite the rainy days in between the work, they came in as planned. The crew was on point from start to finish. The work was done timely and we were very pleased with the completed project. The roof looks amazing as does the skylights that also had to be replaced. They also cleaned up well. The job took two days because of weather conditions but they were careful to leave the place looking like they were never here. This company was highly responsive from our very first inquiry. Greg gave me a thorough estimate for repairs and suggested a full reroof would be a much better value. After considering the pros and cons we choose the full roof option. The crew that did our roof were courteous and their attention to detail was over the top. As the guys on the roof did their job the ground crew protected our house from damage and keep our neighborhood free from blowing debris. When the job was finishing, they swept my neighbor's and our lawn repeatedly. I have been looking for any nails or scraps and I can say , our yards are clean enough to confidently go barefoot. I have hired many companies over the years and Rescue my Roof was the best I have ever worked with. I highly recommend them. They earned every penny.

We had a great experience having Rescue My Roof install a new roof on our house. The initial meeting was with Chris, the owner. No commissioned sales person and no gimmicks. Just straight forward information and a competitive bid. Our job got delayed due to weather, and the communication from Craig the project manager was very good, keeping us up to date on changes. The actual work was of high quality. They did a nice job of protecting the side of the house and the landscaping around it during the tear off of the old roof. The crew also did great job cleaning up when done. All in all, a great experience.

They replaced the rubber membrane on our second story deck. Because they had to cut the trim up a bit on either side of a sliding glass door to get the membrane up under the siding, they replaced the trim all the way around. Crew was very polite and friendly. Would highly recommend.

The Rescue My Roof team was awesome from the jump. They came out to my house, gave me a free quote, AND touched up a few items for free while they were there. We said we were going to wait until spring to do the roof replacement and they didn't badger us at all during the winter - and even came out one more time to look at something with the chimney (free). Then when it was time to pull the trigger we got scheduled right away, the roof was done in a day and a half and the dumpster was gone right as they finished up. They cleaned up the whole place diligently and there was no damage during the job. Would 100% use Rescue My Roof again. Shout out Greg and Craig for walking us through our first roof so well!

What great business. They really care about their customers. No high pressure sales once they give you a quote. They make sure that you are completely satisfied once the work is completed. The installers are extremely professional. They clean up your yard once the work is completed. It is as if they were never there. The office personal take care of your warranty paperwork. My wife and I were very Excited to get a New Roof. We looked thru all of the different offers we researched and we went with Rescue My Roof ! Greg was great to work with and was able to fix some roof leaking around the chimney in a timely fashion at a fair price. Even replaced a few other damaged shingles.

I had water leaking sides of chimney Resuce my roof inspectioned the roof and I found out that needed the chimney flashing and vents repaired. I'm very happy with the work Greg did.

Complete roof replaced. I am very pleased with the total ,two day, job done. Very hard workers. Excellent clean up. One very small detail. Ladders against gutters chipped the paint. Not a big problem. Very easy to touch up. I knew it would happen.

Great experience! We had a 17 year old leaking roof and Chris came out right away, did a thorough inspection and gave us a very fair, extremely competitive estimate on a replacement. I received 5 different estimates and his was, by far, the best. Trinity, the office manager is extremely organized and efficient thus we were scheduled within a week. The crew was respectable and completed the work in 1 day with no "unexpected surprises." A follow up inspection by Chris ensured the job was done perfectly to my satisfaction. I felt assured by how attentive and readily available they are even after the roof was completed. THEY TRULY RESCUED MY ROOF! I will recommend them to everyone.

Absolutely a 5 star experience. Fair quote, they were able to schedule our roof replacement within a week, and brought enough workers to tear off and install the new roof all in one day. Very considerate of our property and even offered to come out in Spring to clean up the yard if needed as it is hard to get all the old nails picked up in snow. Called rescue my roof they were only ones available to come out of course it was week of Xmas. Greg came on time fixed our few shingles that blew off and repaired someone’s else old repair. Price was super reasonable and they could t have been friendlier. This is my go to roof team from now on!

25 Years ago I bough my home and personally tore off 3 roofs on a 35 square 10 x 12 pitch roof, it was installed perfect and lasted a long leak free life. I swore that I would never do that again.

I opened this roof tear off and new reshingle up for bid. After feeling a bit slimy after dealing with roof salesmen, I met Vic. He knows his sh.t, sells exceptional quality shingles and is very honest and clear. Away we go.

I was amazed that they had 6 people on the roof and 6 people down below doing an incredible job. What took me personally 1 & 1/2 months to complete perfect, a long time ago, they did in 2 days. Absolute attention to detail and exactly installed to manufacture specs that was followed to a tee. Beautiful craftsmanship.

Management was timely and responsive to getting a estimate for a new roof. The workers were efficient very hard working and kind. From the moment Chris came to our home to give us an estimate to replace our home and garage roofs plus install gutter guards. Too the actual installation every phase of that operation went very smoothly and professionally. Warranty information was filed and sent to me in a timely manner as they said it would be. We are very happy with both the installation and the product that Rescue My Roof installed on our house.
The crew that worked on our roof were VERY efficient and quick. They removed our old roof and replaced it in a relatively short amount of time.
They arrived by 7:30 am, took a lunch at around 12:15, arrived back from lunch and were TOTALLY finished by 4:30pm. Then they even cleaned up our yard from any debris from both the yard AND the road (to make sure that no nails were left behind)

Rescue My Roof was less expensive than other estimates I had gotten. Salesman explained everything well and was very impressed with the work. Roofing was done in winter, they put tarps around the house to aid in clean up, they had their own small trailer to hall away old shingles. All workers, office staff, owner were very nice. I would highly recommend Rescue My Roof.

I received Anthony's phone number from a co-worker who previously had roofing work performed and she raved about the professionalism, price and quality of work from this company. One thing i can admit is they do communicate, after the initial estimate was completed and authorization was given to complete the job, I got nothing but a bunch of rescheduling due to a myriad of excuses(none of which are weather related). This has lasted for close to month and i still havn't had the work completed. They very well may do quality work if you can actually get them out to complete the job!

Rescue My Roof replaced my duplex and garage roofs in Nov 2020. In addition, I needed some structural work to be done in the garage to replace some rotted beams and shore up some supports. I also had them replace the rubber roof in the back deck. I lucked out having Chris Snyder to provide me an estimate. Throughout the estimate duration, we had to go through many iterations of what needs to be done, and Chris was very helpful and patient in the entire process. I had gotten many bids from different contractors but Chris was always on top of things. They were not the cheapest bids, nor the most expensive. Unlike the young salesmen from the other companies, Chris was an experienced contractor, and he knew exactly what I was looking to have done. He was the only salesman who could articulate a plan on fixing the garage, and installing soffit vents to my attic. Other salesmen would propose edge vents which I had concerns due to drifting snow. I was very skeptical at first because they used subcontractors to do the roof. If you had ever used a contractor who subcontracted out the job, you would understand what I meant. The subcontractor did the roof without any issues but they did not focus on the details. On the last few days, they rushed through and moved on to their next job. That's typical when a contractor hired a sub.

Chris was able to have the extra work in the garage and soffit vents done to my satisfaction. He, in fact, had to do the work himself. He also cleaned up the debris inside my attic, which most subcontractors would not do. When Chris encountered a problem, he would solve it diligently and do it such that it was his own home. Chris was not only the salesman, he was also the project manager, and the worker. If the subcontractor did not get things right, he would redo the work so that it was correct. I specifically asked that ice and water shield be installed on all buildings, the subcontractor did not install it on the garage roof. Chris returned and fixed it with his team. The new front gutter was leaking and was not pitched correctly, Chris redid that section of the gutters and corrected the problem. He did not wait for the subcontractor to return, because the subcontractor was dragging his feet.

I honestly believed if Chris Snyder was not overseeing this project, I would not be satisfied with the work done. Every roofer could replace a roof, it was the small details that made the difference between contractors. Chris focused on the details and the customer experience! I felt bad that Chris had to do some of the work himself and I sincerely hope the company compensated him well for his effort. I am in the rental business, I asked lots of questions and was quite demanding in what I like to have done. I came across many contractors, and none was like Chris Snyder. Chris was very patient, diligent and I thought he owned the company but he was just an employee. It was extremely hard these days to have such a dedicated employee for any industry. Hold on to him!

If you need a roof to be done, please make sure you get hold of Chris Snyder (the company has another employee by the name Chris too), and ask that he personally oversee your project. Having said that, as a homeowner, you would also need to do your part and educate yourself about the roofing system.

The whole staff was great and professional. They are very efficient. Once the job was completed the roofers cleaned up my yard very well. Chris Snyder very pleasant comes out and check your roof then he will send you an estimate. Chris Weaver awesome as well he comes out and make sure roof is installed properly and clean up everything. The rest of the roofers installed the roof and got the job completed in a timely manner. Chris Weaver then came back and did a walk thru with me to make sure everything was satisfying to me and everything was very good. I love my roof and Rescue My Roof really taken good care of my roof. Once again this top notch company came through to repair an area on our roof. This time, it was our sunroom that had a small leak during heavy rain. Their experienced inspector was able to evaluate and recommend what was needed and gave a written estimate. Costs looked good, work scheduled and completed in timely manner, and communication was great. They were also able to repair a wood siding issue. Very professional company.
