Scheduled me for a service they don’t offer. The scheduling was a difficult process. Once someone called to confirm scheduled appointment, we quickly realized that the service I had wanted was not something they offered, even though the person I scheduled with told me they could. The person that called me a few days later to talk about my project and confirm the scheduled estimate appointment was very knowledgeable and apologized for the inconvenience. The scheduling was the only problem.
