Will absolutely use again. David and Larry truly understood what I was asking for when I called and said I needed a checkup to make sure everything was working and setup as expected. Our 7 year old home (less than a year for us owning) suffered from a builder's "easy button unskilled" labor choice and come to find out the fan in the fireplace was installed backward.
David made the quick repair, tested the unit, and even took the time to discuss the fireplace functions and some how to's.
I couldn't be happier and look forward to getting to use the fireplace with confidence when the weather turns cold.

AMAZING SERVICE- David was so great and helpful I've never had anyone this detail oriented and honest. I have had multiple people come to the house and look at our outdoor fireplace and all of them hav told me the wrong things and he is the only one we have had that actually knows what he is talking about and has been so helpful.

Garrett was so awesome. I had a bird in my fireplace and it took us probably a couple of hours to get him out. We were so excited to take it out of my house and release it back outside. Also, fixed chimney so they cant come back through my chimney and fall all the way to the ground!!. This was also a same day appointment and were able to fit me in thank goodness for this company.

So nice to find a company that displays the cost on their website and charges you the same.

Preston did an incredible job from start to finish! He gave me a great quote on replacing my chimney cap that was rusted out, and he was back a couple of weeks later to do all the work. He also replaced the trim and made sure it would pass an inspection. I was very happy with the outcome! I will be calling again should I need any other chimney repairs.

Our experience with Sweeps N Ladders was excellent. We had them do some mortar work and install a new chimney cap. From the initial call to schedule an appointment to completion of the work, we couldn't be more pleased. Adam Wright is friendly, helpful, informative, he listened to our concerns, did not try to up-sell, kept us informed in scheduling the work, and was never pushy.

Preston, with Sweeps N Ladders did a fantastic job getting my 38 year old chimney back in good working order. He explained all work he would be doing, and that if I had questions not to hesitate to stop him and ask.

What separates Sweeps N Ladders from their competition is the following: they schedule a time with you to send a technician to your house to assess your project, provide a very fair quote for work to be performed, when a time is agreed upon to do the work you are provided a 2 hour time for arrival via text/email, but most importantly they do not ask for money upfront. You pay when the project is completed, and that is what separates the professional from the shady contractor who is very willing to rip you off.

I called to get a repair to my gas fireplace, after they answer it was a baby crying in the background like it was a personal home. It took her At least 15 seconds to say hello Back. It was totally unprofessional. When I talk to her, I felt like she did not want to be bothered. On the website, it’s noted that they repair gas fireplaces. Once I told her that the Fire was coming out of only one hole. She said well unfortunately we don’t fix that.

We had Adam Wright come over to our house to inspect our chimneys and give us a tutorial on how our fireplaces worked (first time users). We had a couple of repairs done (new gas pipe and repairing some mortar/brick) in a timely follow-up appointment. Adam was very responsive to our on-the-spot queries (via text), and we successfully got our fireplaces going (after having the materials set) -- just in time for the cold front. Adam was helpful/informative on all our newbie questions and we are satisfied with his service/workmanship. We are happy to recommend Sweep N Ladders to others.

I reached out Friday and by Saturday afternoon, Paul fit me into his busy schedule (days for Christmas!) and came over and knew exactly what the issue was with our fireplace and was able to fix it. Without even asking, he gave us advice on what products to use to clean our fireplace. Adam was SO knowledgeable and professional! I can’t remember the last time a service professional started with a handshake and ended with one. I asked him every question I could think of and he was open and honest about what work would need to be done. He determined we didn’t need a cleaning so it was a zero dollar visit. Adam asked us a lot of questions as well about what type of fires we burn. I’ve never had someone ask before so it was very reassuring. He could’ve easily charged us and cleaned it out without us ever knowing. We will be SnL customers for life because of him!

After getting the runaround from a switch n bait company who were using high-pressure sales techniques to overcharge us for a simple cleaning and up selling us on other things we didn’t necessarily need, I called Sweeps N Ladders. Adam Wright came out, inspected our chimney, was honest and forthright with us about the condition of the chimney. Great experience. Great information. You could tell he cared more about the customer than making a quick buck. Will definitely be using Sweeps N Ladders in the future.
