Very poor decision making at this company, first they try to hold the Helena West Side community hostage stating they will close access to walking trails in the area if the community does not support their development project. Quickly realized what a mistake that was and walked it back. They did not learn their lesson, next they go after the popular Le Grande Canyon walking trail to develop it into a road to access their new development. For a company that promotes themselves as "local" they don't seem to be hearing the locals... We support new housing, it's a critical need for the community but not at the expense of trails and public access, two of the core features that define the local community! Listen up or get lost
