Dave responded to our request to have our prospective home inspected within a few hours. After answering all of our first time home buyer questions we were able to set an appointment for the next day! Dave arrived on time and provided a thorough inspection. While doing this he explained what he was doing and answered any questions we had. Shortly after the inspection was done we received notification that our report was being generated. We received the report the same day and it was easy to read/review. I had a follow up question for Dave and he responded promptly. All in all 24 hours from first contact to completed inspection and report in hand. Wow! Thanks Dave!

David was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and patient. He answered all of our questions in as much detail as we required and frequently stopped as he went along to ask if we had questions.

Dave did multiple inspections for my husband and I on our crazy house buying journey during this pandemic. He is always on time-actually early. He walks you(the buyer) through the inspection and not only tells you his thoughts on the property currently he points out/describes how you as the future homeowner will take care and maintain the property. He teaches you if you don’t know about your boiler, furnace, etc. he explains to you what to look for in the future just incase everything looks good in the moment. He is very detailed and worth every penny, which his prices are very reasonable. We also liked how his radon testing was different than the general radon testing provided by most inspectors. We felt his results were very accurate and more detailed than most. Dave is also has a very quick turn around with getting the inspection report back to you. I would use him again and again and recommend him to everyone. He goes above and beyond and deserves your business!

found Supra Inspections through the Angi app. I am more than happy that I did. I originally contacted Supra Inspections for a unit up in Westchester and was introduced to Mr. David Colagiovanni. He was courteous and informative about the inspection process. We arranged an appointment for an inspection, however, the sellers backed out and I had to cancel our appointment in which David was more than understanding as we have yet agreed to the date. David made such an impression, that when our next accepted offer came in, I contacted David again. This time, the seller had set a short inspection date, and David came through, and graciously accepted the time allocated for an inspection, even on a short notice.

David was thorough and informative. He explained in detail to this New York City first time home buyer the schematics, if there were any issues that I should be aware of, as well as how to handle any future issues that we may come across. That was huge for me, as well as most appreciated. He is truly an expert in his field, and I would forever recommend Supra Inspections to anyone who is looking for a good and honest residential and commercial inspector.

Dave performed our home inspection for a property that we were purchasing. He showed up on time, and provided a detailed inspection of all aspects of the home.
