As the General Contractor for the construction of a new shore property, I was seeking a qualified and competent contractor to take on my Exterior Installation Package. Because of complexity of the finishes, proximity to the Ocean and severe weather exposure, I consolidated siding, roofing, window & door, fiberglass under-decks, finish decks, exterior architectural finishes and railing installation in one package. Mike Lorenzo and his company Superior Siding & Roofing was the best qualified contractor of those I considered to take on the work. I am glad I did. Mike and his crew’s knowledge, attention to detail and quality work were a perfect match for my project. I welcome the opportunity to work with Mike on my next project.

And we hired Superior Siding to repair and replace all our facia boards and metal capping for 16 townhouse unit association in Wildwood crest. Mike and his crew were excellent. They are experienced, capable and professional. No corners were cut, and very thorough in their work. They took the time to expose many sections of our units that were suspect and sure enough found wood damage that they immediately replaced.
They did the job exactly as they said they would, on time and within budget.
We are very pleased with Superior Siding, and will be using them for all our needs at our association.
