Taylor offered to come out and give a free inspection of our attic and roof. We had our roof replaced by a different company 3 years ago and we had a water stain on the ceiling in our master bathroom near the exhaust fan. The previous roofing company that had done our new roof was trying to not take responsibility for the damage and said we had an HVAC problem causing condensation instead. Taylor from Superior roofing came out and thoroughly inspected the attic and roof and identified the exact cause of the leak. He spent over an hour at our house, took pictures and told me exactly what needed to be repaired by the roofing company. The leak was indeed caused by poor workmanship of the previous company. I was able to take that information and pictures back to the original roofing company and they couldn’t deny their poor workmanship. Without Taylor’s knowledge and expertise, I would not have been able to know the truth of the cause of the leaks In the future, I will only contact Taylor at Superior roofing for any and all services they offer including roofing, siding and windows.

Taylor with superior roofing did my estimate, and he was ready to help. His knowledge of products, how to assist with the financial portion, and just his overall demeanor is very refreshing in this day and age. He carefully listened to my explanation of what has happened, what I am looking to replace, and offered me a very competitive & reasonable package. He was quick to respond with a full quote, and any question I had he made sure I understood.
We did not choose superior for this project just because of circumstantial reasonings, but we have used them in the recent past and will use them again in the future. Taylor is phenomenal, and if you need a quote, you’re in great hands if he shows up at your door!

Can't say enough good things about this fantastic company. They did our roof, siding, soffits, fascia, gutters, downspouts, gutter guards all in 5 days!!!! Excellent work!!! Our house looks like new construction, better than when we bought it back in 1987. Colin did an excellent job identifying our problem! Where we had thought it surely was a roof leak, it wasn’t! He explained everything thoroughly! He climbed up in the attic and explained the poor insulation and condensation as well as checked our furnace April air and turned it down! So many issues after the roof install by Superior. I thought get a new roof, no worries for at least 10 years, right? Nothing could have been further from the truth. It was never their fault and Adam, who's a smooth talking salesman all the way, always had excuses. From leaks on the ceilings (you need more insulation) to mold in the garage from a major leak (it's the way your house was built) to leaks at the skylight (they all leak over time, you should replace it). Because they were in court over another bad roof install and I was a potential witness, they eventually made things right. (She won btw). Be prepared for issues with this company. I have no idea how they have such good reviews when I personally know people who have had major issues with this company. I know for a fee, Google will take down bad reviews so I'm guessing that is what's happening here.

Michael Hernandez did a new roof in candlewick for a friend of mine, Did a amazing job I would recommend him 100% to do your roofs.

I had a claim with my insurance because of the tornado that went through here March of 2023. I had a lot of damage. Casey showed up the next day and we got the roof covered so no further damage would happen. Then the adjuster came out and estimated the damage. Casey and superior were referred to me by a good friend. Casey said I will oversee all repairs but when it came down to it he was only able to write for the roof and siding. I took care of reviewing and hiring other companies for the other damage repairs. I have paid in full for all roof and siding repairs. Casey thinks because they did two repairs they should be double compensated for overhead and profit. Had I known that would be something he thought was supposed to happen I would have used another roofing and separate siding company. Overhead and profit was already in the bills I paid in full. You don't just get to keep collecting for that. I will say the siding looks great and the roof to. But I'm not paying you double profit. They delivered the siding on September 13th i believe. I didn't get a call I was not told they were going to start but ok. Then the siders showed up on the 14th I believe and tore off the old and put on the new. They were a quarter of the way through putting on new siding when I went to check and it was white siding not dark gray as I ordered. So I called Casey and let him know and they got the right siding out here and finished job on the 15th. Casey said I'll make sure we put the satellite up for you, no Then he said we can't. Lots of things like that. I would say in the end I'm happy it's over but no i don't recommend this company and would tell anyone to be really careful if using them. Let them do one thing but no more than that.

John Weidel came out as soon as I called him, very courteous but we're waiting to get the job done.

My contractor was Mike Hernandez. Mike was awesome to work with. Mike was able to work directly with my Allstate Adjuster take away the stress that goes along with most claims. Mike kept me in the loop during the entire process and called me whenever I had questions. Mike was also on time whenever we had a scheduled appointment which I haven't always experienced with other contractors. Mike was able to get approval to have roof and gutters replaced in a very timely manner. Mike's non-agressive approach as well as his integrity were the deciding factors as to why I elected to go with Superior Roofing. Mike is also working with a few of my neighbors to assist them in getting their roofs replaced. My over all rating for Mike and company is definitely a "10"...I am 100% satisfied with their quality of work and would recommend them whenever the situation arises.

Superior Roofing did a great job putting a new roof on house. We had hail damage and Mike Hernandez worked with us and the insurance company to make sure our roof was covered by insurance . He was there when the roof was inspected by our insurance company. New roof, gutters, downspouts and leaf guards and a new sky light. All the work was professionally done. Mike was great to work with and kept us informed on the progress of the job. Superior Roofing did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

Superior Roofing did a fantastic job of getting a new roof put onto our home. I worked with Jake who helped make our first home owners insurance claim a breeze. He was there when the roof was inspected by our insurance company. He called the insurance company to ensure they would cover the cost of roof decking to bring it to code. Jake sat in on a phone call to my insurance company when I had a question about a payout amount. The team that did the roof was excellent as well. They worked quickly to get the roof done in a single day! The next day they came out to ensure the area around the home was clean and clear of any debris like shingles and stray nails. I am greatly appreciative of the amazing job the crew at Superior Roofing did and would definitely work with them again as well as recommended them to others.

I started working with Jake from Superior over a year ago in order to get my roof replaced from storm damage. He was instrumental in helping me navigate a difficult process with the insurance company in order to get our claim fully approved. It took us several months but Jake and I worked side by side and we got the job done!

When we finally got our new roof the crew was on time, did a great job and were very meticulous about clean up. They even came back the day after to go through the yard again to be sure they had removed all nails and debris.

After multiple quotes and rejections from insurance company and other contractors, I was fortunate enough to come across Superior. Bob came out same day for inspection and estimate. Bob also kept fighting and dealt with problematic insurance adjusters. From partial shingle and gutter replacement, Bob was able to get my whole roof, all gutters and facia along with all my sky lights. I would have them do any future work on my house and would recommend them to anyone looking for great quality work and service.

We had hail damage to our roof while in the midst of the sale of our home. Jake came to our home, gave us us an estimate and also came out when the insurance adjuster was there. Jake was instrumental in getting a good settlement. He also assured the buyers and their agent that the new roof would be installed before the closing and he got that done. Without his word, the sale might have fallen through. Jake did

Had and old roof and severe damage all over it.

They work with insurance companies and with an adjuster. Unfortunately, the adjuster they work with was absolutely terrible. He never responded to emails or phone calls, but I did speak with him once.

Now, they did give me a very good quote for the roof and completed the job quickly, so overall I'm happy, even though I had to pay for most of the roof out of pocket.

They did an excellent job at a good price. Mike keeps in touch through the process and answers any questions. Highly recommend!!

Excellent communication and service. They actually showed up promptly to give me an estimate. Half the companies I contacted never responded. They always kept me in the loop on the progress of the order. Had to wait a bit for materials, but it was a nominal wait. Once materials arrived, they were quick to repair the roof.
