Took over 3 weeks to get a call back from a service tech. I called over and over left messages, spoke with secretary, finally called some one else and then got a call. They told me they were authorized to service my furnace, yet, the manufacture said they are not on their list. Don't bother with McBride unless you are desperate and they are the last call on your list.

Stopped in there about 3 weeks ago to get some quotes on a ductless air conditioner. Entered the building and had a dog attack me for about 10 minutes while the receptionist yakked on the phone, never once acknowledging me or her dog jumping on me.

After 10 minutes, the dog calms down and her phone call ends. I talk with her for 20 minutes explaining my needs and whatnot. She gave me some brochures and pamphlets on the systems i was interested in but couldn't give me any pricing. I gave her all my info to have jason call me when convenient and now its been 3 weeks and I haven't heard a single peep from this lousy company. AVOID.

Extremely unprofessional. They may have been in business for a long time but they lost my business. I since went with a different contractor who responded to my request and did the work this past week.
