I called to have a small siding repair taken care of, not a big job but in an awkward location. While checking out the job, Mark noticed we had our sump pump bypassing the drain tile. He proposed they could take care of both and wrote up a very fair quote. A few days later his crew showed up and got to work. The siding repair was quick and easy, and is completely invisible. The new drain line took more work, thanks to some unanticipated roots left from a tree that was long gone. The crew earned their pay that day. Even with the roots slowing them down, they did a great job, carefully laying back the sod and replacing it right where it came from when everything was done, including the lone dandelion! After a few weeks there is no trace anything was ever disturbed. Extremely pleased with the crew and the results.

Zack was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He completed the gutter guards in a very timely manner. I am very impressed with job and will call him again when other work is needed.

Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with. After a storm came through and removed several pieces of siding from our home, he was quick to arrive on the scene, had a very reasonable quote within the day, and was onsite completing the repair within a week. We had Superior Home Improvement replace a roof on one of our rentals last month. We were quite pleased with the communication with Zack as he continually kept us updated with when the materials would arrive and when the crew would come. We were shown pictures of our roof in progress that showed where our problem areas were. We are very pleased with the outcome and the professionalism we experienced. If you need any exterior home updates. I recommend Superior home. There work and crew are superior. Prices are comparable. Zach, is a great project manger. He always came too check on each job during and after it's completion. Zach, was great with communicating any issues and answering all my questions and concerns. I had my gutters, sofits, and a post replaced. Along with new windows. I just wish they did interior work.

Well I had to update my post. I needed my gate replaced. The wind pushed it the wrong way cracked it and broke off the latch. I sent Zach a msg. He took on the job. They came in the rain and put the new gate together and attached it to the post. They are the guys to call for all exterior needs.

We hired Mark Jordan & his company Superior Home Improvement to replace & paint all the trim on our house. We are so pleased with the end result & would highly recommend hiring Mark! He is so personable. He kept us informed all along the way about what was happening & answered any text or email we sent him, so the communication was outstanding. He showed up several times to make sure the work was progressing well & we were happy. Early on he had to problem solve an issue that came up. Between age, woodpeckers, and weather (not to mention an all-out attempted invasion by a gang of up-to-no-good squirrels), our house was in need of help restoring or replacing fascia boards, trim, and repairing a gutter. I put out a request for estimates, and Zach with Superior was one of the first to respond. He came over the next day, walked around the house, and supplied a detailed and fair estimate the next day. Other contractors were either slow to respond, or gave much higher estimates.

The work was able to be scheduled within two weeks, and the crew worked diligently over the next several days to complete the work. Given the inclimate weather, we were pleasantly surprised by how quick the job went. What impressed us most, though, was the quality and thoroughness of the work done by the skilled craftsmen. New fascia boards were fit perfectly, and all wood fascia and trim around the house was thoroughly secured and spackling and putty were used where necessary. Zack kept me informed on progress and kept prices low on work needed that wasn't caught during the initial estimate process. We are delighted with the work done, and recommend Superior without reservation.

We recently had some of the external trim replaced, repaired, and painted on our home. Additionally, we needed some internal wall and ceiling repair completed in our office. This company was amazing! From start to finish. Everyone was professional and did exceptional work. We had a complete face lift on our house. The people that did our siding even worked on Saturday and Sunday! If you need any exterior work done, this is the company to call. We had a great experience.

Superior was great to deal with when I needed quotes and ultimately roof repairs. Mr. Jordan clearly provided the different options on how to repair the roof and let me choose the option with which I was most comfortable. All that — without judgment!

I highly recommend, the owner Mark was very friendly and he went above and beyond. We had our 2400 sq ft 2-story roof replaced in one day and it looks beautiful! The workers were extremely fast and efficient. They also repaired some of the fascia and were very honest about the repair work that needed to be completed and explained everything to us thoroughly. I requested a quote online, received a reply that day, and had them at the house the next morning to inspect. The work was completed just as we had asked, and Mark came out later that afternoon to inspect it. We really appreciate the responsiveness and especially that our gutter problem as now been solved. I wish I had contacted them years ago!

Superior Home painted my house, garage and trim. They were professional, timely and efficient. Along with the house and trim they fixed some cracks on my garage and fixed some dry rotted wood. Last minute while on the job I asked about a gutter and that was added and updated at the same time and they did not have to return for that project.

Best roofing job ever! Mark and his roofing team stripped and reroofed our house in 2 days working 13 hours per day. They left the yard and flower beds as they found them, perfect.!! Our roof was installed by professional craftsmen who took pride in their work.
