I had Roof Medic replace my roof years ago, still going strong. I was in the roofing industry for 35 years and he impressed me so much that I've had friends get their projects done by them. I last thing I ever want to do is give a recommendation and have the job turn out bad. This is one company that I will gladly recommend to any friend.

Got quotes from several companies. Had past experience with Roof Medic who did some minor repair for us several years ago and never billed us. That stuck with me. Mike came from Roof Medic, did an inspection and showed me pics. He then gave me a strong quote but it was higher than a competitor. I wanted to use Roof Medic because of that past interaction. I asked if they could match other quote and they did. Today they put on new roof. All went well. Kudos to Roof Medic!

Hiring this company has been the worst move I’ve made in my life with a contractor. I worked with them on a recommendation from my insurance agent. The roofing crew made many mistakes that have since been pointed out by a professional roofing contractor. The crew drank alcohol on my property and littered a beer can right in front of me when they were leaving the job. They left my gutters damaged and the owners response was pathetic. I complained to the sales rep and asked to speak to the owner of the company to relay everything that happened. Within 30 seconds of talking to the owner, Tony West he copped an attitude and went on to accuse me of being a racist, telling me this is how roofers act, and so on…it was all recorded…he went on to not only say there would be no discount but that he’d file a lien if he wasn’t paid. The guy, Tony West, is an absolute joke and I can’t believe how they’ve stayed in business so long with so many good reviews. I’ll post a more detailed version of all that occurred on BBB website and with the Attorney General as he now has his lawyer threatening me to cease and desist talking communicating to him. There are a lot of roofing companies out there. Don’t trust this one.

25% less than three other competitive bids. Was on the job within a week and completed a total replacement of the decking and roof on a 2500 square foot, two-story salt box within a day. Used high-quality shingles and Velux skylights. Honest and direct way of doing business. Great communications, easy to work with, rectified a few small issues as requested. What else can I say! I highly recommend this company.

We had a very large tree section fall on our roof during a recent windstorm Trusses were damaged and there were multiple holes through the roof sheathing. Roof Medic pros stripped off the damaged sheathing, repaired and reinforced the trusses and tied them together to make an incredibly improved strong roof. Replaced the sheathing, installed the gorgeous new charcoal shingles and cleaned up so well!! The crew and the supervision were top notch, courteous and professional!!

Roof Medic Replaced our damaged roof, they did a fantastic job. Mike was our representative, he was great.We had some shingles come off in a storm and had them take a look. Mike helped us work with our home owners insurance to see what could be covered. Scheduling was easy and they were able to do the work when it was best for our schedule.

While working they ran into some issues of rotten sheathing, due to poor ventilation and missing structure. Mike shared the information with me and said they could still get the work done in 1 day and they did. They did a great Job, the crew was respectful and courteous to my home. Highly recommend Mike and roof medic for their professional service and great Crew.

Roof Medic put a new roof on our house in 2016. I feel we got the most for our money. The workmanship was great, down to the smallest details. All the men did excellent work and were all polite. The cleanup afterwards was spotless. Since that initial installation we have had raccoon damage to the roof twice and Roof Medic responded quickly and repaired it beautifully. I recommended Roof Medic to my sister and she is totally satisfied with her new roof as well. I would recommend Roof Medic to anyone needing a new roof or repairs.

Tony and his team did an amazing job rehabbing our sad old garage. The estimate was complete, affordable, and accurate, the work was fast and of high quality, and the craftsmen were friendly and easy to work with. The results are outstanding. Highly, highly recommended.

The project went well from beginning to end. The quotation process was efficient and low-pressure. The price was competitive when compared to other licensed contractors. The installation crew was competent and the cleanup was done well. The owner was out several times during the day and made himself available to answer questions. The only problem was some scratched paint on one of the gutters which the owner fixed after finding an exact paint match. I am writing this review several months after the installation, and there have been no leaks or other problems encountered. In all, this was a very good experience.

My sellers needed to replace their roof and fascia as a condition of their request to remedy from the buyer. There was actually damage due to weather (and it was pretty aged anyway) and insurance covered it. We were on a tight deadline to get it completed prior to closing and Roof Medic literally had it completed within days and was patient waiting for the insurance company to pay out. Highly recommend!!

Great job by Roof Medic! We are extremely satisfied with the work that Tony, his crew and subcontractors did for us including full replacement of our roof with an awesome standing seam metal roof. The work was done on our 1860’s farmhouse with a very large addition and a complex roof that required several repairs. Their crews are top notch and very professional. The work was very high quality and a great value. Tony and the guys at Roof Medic are honest, trustworthy, hardworking and do the job right.
