After taking my deposit Richard informed me he quoted me incorrectly and the work would would be almost double the original price. I canceled my order and asked for the deposit to be returned. Richard had already cashed my deposit. He eventually mailed me a check in return but ended up leaving me three voicemails asking to wait to cash the check because he didn't have sufficient funds and was waiting on $15000 from another customer. I went out of my way to get the check cashed at the issuing bank just to make sure it couldn't be reversed.
I can forgive as having bad quotes as just being a bad contractor, but spending a deposit and not being able to give it back immediately is absurd and wildly unprofessional.
We had 11 windows replaced the price was great and the service was very good and the installers were very pleasant and professional
We have worked with Superior Exteriors for 15 years and they are our first choice for window and roof replacement. The owner came by personally to inspect the work and we are comfortable with his advice. He is very knowledgeable in home improvement and orders high quality material.
