We received outstanding service from Super Duty Docks! When having trouble reaching us by phone and email, they sent a letter via snail mail to alert us of problems with our boat dock while we were away. We are so grateful for their diligence in reaching us and for their expert advice. They resolved the problem immediately once plans were approved and also advised on a few other things. Excellent customer service. We will definitely continue to be a customer for as long as we need a dock!!

The team at Super duty did a excellent job on replacing the roof on my dock. They were great to work with. They got started on the dock and completed it quickly. Everyone I spoke with on the crew really enjoyed working for Super Duty. The work is top notch quality.

I have been a customer of Super Duty for several years. They have always provided quick and professional service. I live in a condo complex with several slips and lifts, the people that have lifts not from Super Duty are always having issues and complain that they can't get the other companies to take care of their issues. I am not the only Super Duty customer on my dock and we have all received quick responses when we need Super Duty to repair or service our lifts.

Butch and his crew have been taking care of my dock needs for years (replacing, maintaining, and repositioning). They are super responsive and professional and very knowledgeable about the lake and the permitting requirements.

Super Duty Docks converted my left from a ski boat to party barge. Very Prompt and polite service and emailed me a video on how to operate lift.. Highly recommend.

Super Duty has always done a great job for me. One time after a storm they saved by dock with boats included from floating down the lake. They have installed 2 lifts and are helping me sale my old lift. Thank you for all you have done over the years.

Super Duty Docks installed our lift last summer. Upon completion, they took the time to explain the operation along with tips for problem free performance in the years to come. Butch was great to deal with along with the staff in the office. Recently had them come out to complete a maintenance check for my peace of mind. They were prompt and professional once again. I’ve used super duty 4 times and had 1 Maintnance call and they have always answered phone and came quickly even on a holiday. They have worked with me and where cheaper then the others I called in town. It’s comfortable when they know you by name and I’ll use them from now on. We have had the great pleasure of working with Butch and the Super Duty team numerous times over the past 10 years - our one big mistake was that we didn’t use them when we had our boat dock built in 2010! Since then they have installed a boat lift, built us an amazing sea wall and just finished re-decking our boat dock - they are always responsive, professional and do great work. We highly recommend and will use them again for any such work we might need in or around Hot Springs!

Butch, Charity and Becca took a lot of time to help me out in a unique situation. In the end I got the perfect lift and I appreciate the efforts they went to to take care of me.

We purchased an older property that needed a lot of attention but especially the jet ski dock, the boat dock, & the lift. All 3 had to be repaired to make each safe and work properly. The entire staff had a big part to play and each department had to coordinate all the different phases to make it a smooth and as timely as possible, and did a great job communicating and keeping me informed and updated with each step, so a big thank you to each department for all your hard work.

Recently purchased a used v-hull and 2 jet ski lifts and a new tritoon lift from Super Duty and had them installed in 3 separate locations. Price was less expensive than elsewhere in Hot Springs. Butch spent lots of time educating me on different lift types and made sure I knew how to operate and care for my lifts following installation. Work was done promptly and professionally. Would definitely used them again and highly recommend them.

These guys took $1400.00 from me never did anything sent me pics of docks I could choose from I asked them to come measure to make sure there was space for the docks he sent pics of. They never did none of docks would work. Asked for my money back. He said sue him i didnt I called dusty Diggs. He's a man of his word. Beware of this giy

We purchased a brand new lift from Butch (the owner) less than a year-ago. Recently, the lift began to sag in the water and we called Butch out to take a look at it. We agreed with his assessment that there was a small leak that needed to be replaced but were shocked to get a $500 quote...especially when the lift is supposed to be covered with a warranty. Needless to say, we go a second opinion and that firm only charged us $50... that's $50....not $500 (that Super Duty was wanting to charge). This is just one example of many unpleasant experiences we have had with Super Duty Docks. Worse than the price gauging mentioned above, is the owner's horrible attitude -- every time we call to ask a simple question relating to the lift, we get treated with contempt. Unfortunately, given this a "one man operation", you have to deal with Butch on everything -- there is no working around it. Honestly, I can't figure out how this guy is still in business. As I mention him from time to time to people at our marina or where we purchased our boat, or even to our banker...they ALL have similar horror stories about his work, his character, and his (lack of) customer service after the sale . Bottom line, if you can...avoid this guy. If you don't believe me...do as I should have done...ASK AROUND (please).

I was living in Fort Smith when I bought Seadoo lifts from these folks several years ago. I called the them, told them what I wanted and where to put the docks. I never met with the folks. All installations were complete by the next time I went to the lake. Now I moved to Lake Hamilton and bought a pontoon boat.
I called Super Duty, told them the length of my boat and they showed up in my boat dock installing my lift in a few days. This time I did get to meet the installers. Very nice, very friendly, and answered all questions.
Even though I had used Super Duty before I still shopped around. They had the best price and response time to my phone calls.
