Brian renovated my second floor bathroom, transforming the space in a matter of weeks into an elegant and comfortable space. We hired Sunny Day Home Solutions to design and build a new entrance to our home. Brian was easy to work with, helped us with design options and communicated clearly and often. We love our new entry door, storm door and entry landing.

This is our fourth project working with Sunny Day Home Solutions. Brian replaced three second floor casement windows. Brian did a great job with the windows, dialed in the fine details of window trim, kitchen backsplash and cleanly painted all window trim. Working with Brian is easy and his work is clean, efficient and professional.

Shower remodel. Brian is friendly, professional, hard working, and detail oriented. He designed the new shower and completed all of the necessary work, while giving regular progress reports and communicating any concerns. Very pleased with the end result! I highly recommend Sunny Day Home Solutions.

Brian was awesome! He installed two french doors for me and they came out great! Very impressed by his craftsmanship and professionalism. Also extremely clean and tidy which I really appreciate.

Sunny Day's Brian Adams has a wonderful work ethic for both the run of the mill handy man tasks as well as figuring out solutions for unusual and complex projects. For example he installed "over the counter" bookshelves and didn't consider the job complete until they looked like expensive built-ins with beautiful molding and side panels. He is cheerful and neat and a pleasure to have in one's home.

Unreasonably high labor rate!
Brian quoted a repair for exterior water damage on our garage trim and transom windows. He indicated before starting the job that it would take 5 days +/- to complete. Once he began the work, he found much less damage than expected and told my wife he did not need to remove the transom windows and we would save money based on the reduction of work from the original estimate. He completed the work in only 2 ½ days – 50% of his original estimated time. He reduced his final invoice for labor by 10%. Based on the final invoiced costs and time involved, we estimated Brian’s labor rate worked out to about $200 per hour.

Brian fixed my kitchen lazy susan so that it spins perfectly. Another contractor had made a repair that lasted a few weeks. Brian came up with a permanent and inexpensive solution. He’s capable, prices are fair and shows up when he says he will! Highly recommend.

Brian helped us when we had a propane leak in our ceiling and had to cut a bunch of holes to run new piping for our lines and close it back up afterwards. He was quick, professional, knowledgeable, had excellent communication, showed up on time and his work looks great. He exceeded all expectations and we will be calling him for any future repair work. 12/10 would recommend to anyone asking!!
