I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding a serious issue with the service I received from your company.

Several months ago, one of your technicians assessed our air conditioning system and informed us it was faulty and needed to be replaced. Trusting the technician’s expertise, I paid to have the entire system replaced. Shockingly, within just a few months, the same issue occurred again. Upon further evaluation, it became clear that the original problem was never addressed — the line set was the actual issue all along.

This critical component was never replaced during the installation of the new system, which now appears to have been an unnecessary expense based on a misdiagnosis — or worse, a deliberate upsell.

I was later told by Chuck Thomas, your Director of Contracting, to go ahead and resolve the line set issue out of pocket and that the company would “make good” on helping cover the cost. Acting in good faith, I placed the charge on my credit card, trusting this company would stand behind its work and its leadership’s word.

Since then, I’ve been completely ignored. Chuck no longer replies to emails or phone calls, and the warranty department consistently deflects responsibility or claims they’re unable to assist.

This experience has been nothing short of exhausting. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and communication from your team is not only disappointing — it’s alarming. I believe your company takes advantage of trusting homeowners and dodges responsibility when it matters most.

Unless this issue is resolved promptly and the reimbursement promised is honored, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further — including filing formal complaints with consumer protection agencies, sharing my experience publicly, and seeking legal recourse if necessary.

I hope to be proven wrong about your company and look forward to your immediate attention to this matter.

Purchased a mobile home that came with a Style Crest air handler.
Within 3-4 months a circuit board that controls the blower motor failed. Style Crest did not offer a warranty on the defective part.
Now after less than 2 years the evaporator coil is leaking and needs to be replaced. Again NO WARRANTY COVERAGE from this manufacturer. Both technicians that worked on my AC said that these units made by Style Crest are extremely poor quality.
If you are purchasing a home that is using this manufacturers garbage be ready to replace the equipment within 12-18 months.
I cannot emphasize the extremely poor quality of the products produced by this company.
They also manufacture siding. I do not know for a fact if the siding on my mobile home was from this company. But my home was delivered with warped siding, which had to be replaced.
I will never again, knowingly purchase any products made by Style Crest and highly recommend whoever reads this review do there own research and avoid this company.

Bought new ac. Doesnt work. Cqlled and talked to Debra at corporate after Braelynn did not return nor pass on service request. She sent out Brad and his company who did the install. His tech Rick came out and said it needed a part and it would be 2 to 3 days. Its been 3 weeks so I call Debra again. She proceeds to tell me it was fixed. It was not. I told ger exactly what happened and she called my son and his wife a liar. I gave her Ricks name and number and she verified he was Brads tech and came ou.t both Brad and Debra have lied to me. They have hung up the phone on me and refused to answer simple questions. Brad got mad that i couldnt give him anymore info. Now he is trying to say i refused service which i havent. He said he be out today now its tomorrow and now he says he has the part. I have requested a new unit or another company and Debra has refused. I have requested documents proving this is a new unit and i have requested address to get repair covered of which they are refusing. So beware they are all about deflecting responsibility.i do not recommend them. I have left messages for the ceo Tom Kerns. I eill be filing complaints as well as seeking restitution.

Do not use this company. If you have any other option on this earth, take it.
My Stylecrest Revolv heat pump has been out of order since May 10, 2017. I called Stylecrest that day and asked what I should do. They recommended technicians. Eight tech visits from two different (Stylecrest recommended) companies and over five hundred dollars later, they're still refusing to help me. I even had a tech call their help line and talk through repairs with one of their technicians. Their best recommendation is, "I think it's an airflow issue, and you need to contact your mobile home manufacturer."
The blasted thing worked for three years (out of the five year warranty). Don't ask me how an air flow issue would have magically developed in three years. It's now Friday, June 30, 2017. My cat and I have to keep visiting relatives on the hottest days as I live in a mobile home and it heats up like crazy in warm weather. If you are looking for a company to let you down, give you the runaround, and make your otherwise pleasant home unlivable despite your willingness to pay for repairs, choose Stylecrest. If you're looking for a unit that will need to be replaced every three years, choose Stylecrest. If you want to spend several hours a week waiting for technicians only to have to take your study materials to an Eat n Park because your unit still doesn't work, choose Stylecrest. Otherwise, I recommend that you find another option.

Even my cat is annoyed with this company. Note that she's making use of the box fan I've been using to cool my house the last two months.

I purchased a Revolv (coleman) manufactured home furnace ac combo unit. Was told buy the supplier i purchased through (as4life) that if I just had a professional make the final connections i would be covered under warranty. I had a professional do all the final connections, have the purchase order the install receipt, and i am told that because i purchased online i have no warranty. I must go to the online supplier. they tell me because i did not register i have no warranty. My God what has happened to customer service. I truly believe now that corporate America has run off most small business customer service has become a thing of the past as well as quality assurance. I purchased the unit July 9th 2013 and i am now having blower motor problems. I am having my installer come and fix it but what about quality assurance or backing the product you manufacture. I will share my experience with everyone i know. you spend how much each year on advertisement and yet won`t blink an eye denying a two hundred dollar fix.
